they were early but called first to be sure it was ok. there were two men to do the work. it took almost 3 hours to do all. t they polite, knowledgable and efficient. they removed all old parts and hey cleaned up all debris. we were very impressed especially since the first company came and did estimate and never called back. i called them and they said they would check to see how long it would take to get my sink and never called again. so i had Springer come and so glad i did. will use them again

The quality of work looks great on the roman tub and shower. They were 15 minutes late to the bid but on time for doing the work. We asked during the bidding process about a leak in crawl space in the shower area. They didn't go into the crawl space and look at it but speculated it may just be water getting behind the trim handle. We asked them to look at it again when they came out to do work. This time the tech went down into the crawl space and said it was the shower drain. He quoted to do the fix for $220 while they were out there and it would be more for them to come back out. The work took less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately, this fee felt really high for such a small job and we didn't have the time to get someone else out as we were putting the house on the market. We have since found another plumber on Angies List that charges much more reasonable rates for small projects like this (replacing toilets and sink fixtures). Shop around.

We had a bad leak that damaged our entire bathroom and they had to replace our toilet. They and provided us with a new one, repair the pipe behind the vanity then complete the plumbing job once the new vanity and cabinet were installed. This is a great company. Not only were they professional, but courteous and explained everything that they were doing. They not only completed the job, but left the work area spotless. They were punctual for the job. The costs for everything $600.00 which I feel was reasonable. If we needed another plumber again they would be the first I would call. I already have them on speed dial!

The least painful plumbing experience I have ever had. Amazing contact before the service. Darrin and Tim arrived early, I received a call and okayed. Both men were professional and personable. They addressed the issues and completed all requests. The were efficient and neat. They did not pressure me to do other work but made an evaluation and suggestions if anything came up. I am pleased with the process through Angie's list and truly impressed by Springer plumbing and will recommend to anyone in need of the service. A very positive experience all around. It went great they were on time, able to get out to my rental house in a couple of days, and my renters found them to be courteous and professional. When some of the caulking didn't set up right, they were happy to come back and replace it. Excellent customer service and could of easily decided to replace all the plumbing under the sink but opted to use what was there and fix the leaks in the joints saving me money.

Wonderful! The technician was very prompt and although he wasn't familiar with my system he listened carefully to the description of the problems, researched the system, cleaned it, found and fixed the problem. I am very happy with Springer Plumbing and will definitely call them the next time I need a plumber. I have quite a few rental properties so it is with a lot of relief that I found a local plumber that I can trust to do good work and is honest and doesn't overcharge. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good plumber.

Late Sunday evening the spout on our kitchen faucet broke off while using it. I chose Springer Plumbing based on the reviews and purchased a package from them. In my message I indicated that the loss of use to the kitchen sink was quite an impact and requested the earliest appointment possible. I got a message back quickly from Kara on Monday morning arranging an appointment for Tuesday morning. On Tuesday morning, Darin and Tim showed up on time, I explained the situation to them and they got right to work and had the new valves and faucet installed in about an hour and a half. They cleaned up the work area and left it in great condition. I will definitely use Springer Plumbing again for my next updates.

They were reasonable although i had already bought the toilet so it wasn't that expensive. They did a really good job and i am very happy. They return phone calls, the boss comes out and you get an estimate and they stay within the estimate price. I had got other bids but other providers were not doing what he was doing.

He came out the same day and worked for an hour, then explained how the two thermostats and elements work, and the need to flush minerals out of the tank for efficient heating. Since the water heater was only 8 years old he recommended changing the parts and not replacing the whole unit.

Darin arrived a little early which was okay. He initially used an air pressure tool but augmented that with a snake which seemed to take care of the problem just fine. Darren is friendly, informative and upfront kind of guy. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company in the future.

A bit of a snafu getting a call back but they were apologetic and very nice when we did connect. A family company, and he really knows his stuff. Very impressed with the actual work and his friendly professionalism. I was extremely impressed and will defiinitely use them again if needed.

The water heater more or less failed in the morning and by the late morning he had arrived and diagnosed the problem and we agreed to replace the water heater. The work was done on that same day - efficiently and quickly.

They came out to inspect the project and provided an estimate and recommendations for products based on our needs, answering all our questions. They worked with us to keep the price reasonable compared to our other bids. They were extremely professional and answered several phone and e-mail questions prior to our accepting their bid. Darin, the installer, arrived on time, worked efficiently and completed all the tasks in a reasonable amount of time. The owner, Ron, arrived shortly after and helped with removing the old sink, cleaning the countertop, and inserting the new sink. The end product is awesome! I would recommend them without hesitation.

From the estimate through to the clean up, Springer Plumbing was great. We were veery satisfied with their service and work from start to finish.

They Charged me $207.56 !!! for 20 minutes work to install a basic kitchen faucet that I had purchased myself. I guess I should have been more concerned when they would NOT give me a quote over the phone but rather wanted to send a plumber out for a Free? Estimate. And then when I inquired about having Springer Plumbing install a plastic leak guard under my water heater (again I had already bought the plastic Leak guard) they said that would cost me $1000 !!!. So long story short, I was new to Olympia and found Springer Plumbing on Angie's List. I thought since they were on Angie's that I would be getting a fair deal. I was shocked when the repair man quoted me $200, but since I was new here and needed a new faucet installed since my old faucet had started leaking, I went ahead and had the work done (thinking "well, that must just be the going rate for this kind of job".) But I couldn't shake the feeling that I had been taken advantage of and decided to ask 2 other Businesses for quotes to have the faucet installed. 1st was a certified Handyman on Angie' s List who quoted me $45. The second quote I got from a Plumbing Contractor (Bryan , Owner and Plumbing Contractor at TUMYA) and he quoted me $110. I emailed Springer Plumbing a very nice email with my concerns and asked for a refund of the difference of what TUMYA would have charged me. They rejected my request. In that email reply they also stated that their going rate for installing a kitchen faucet since 2008 has been $ 225.94 !!!. That is a difference of over $115 from Tumya Plumbing. Bottom line is I should NOT have agreed on the price without getting some other bids. and should NOT have ok'd the work to be done. That was a HUGE Mistake on MY part and I will NOT make that mistake again. I can't begin to imagine why they feel the need to charge $100 + more than another Plumbing Contractor to install a kitchen faucet. And I will do my Homework from now on and get multiple quotes instead of going with the first one I call.

Something went wrong with the faucet and they came back and fixed it for another week until it started leaking again. When I called a different plumber they were able to fix it within 5 minutes. Everything else they had done had been good. He was professional.

They were very prompt. They came out immediately and fixed the problem that I had. It was about a $135 and quite frankly it was $100 for the call and $35 for the work. It would have been $100 in any of them because they have that minimum charge. They were very quick to respond and the person that they sent out was very helpful. He did the work very quickly and was in and out. They did what they needed to have done and they were very nice to deal with.

They came on time and did the job quickly. When a bigger problem surfaced, the plumber recommended a good septic tank service that solved the problem.

We purchased 2 Koler toilets at a sale and needed some one to install them and check the drain lines under them. Contacted Springer as per your good reviews, They responded and gave me a quote in 2 days he went right to work and about an hour and a half later he was down the road with the old parts and a happy customer, would'nt hesitate to call them again.
