+ -1 moreI hired Ultimate Chem Dry to come to my house and clean couch and love seat. The tech came out and was out within an hour. About 30 minites after he left, I noticed a HUGE tear within the seam of my couch. THIS WAS NEVER THERE BEFORE. Nor was it frayed, slightly torn or anything. I took pictures and due to the holiday I got a hold of them yesterday. I talked to a manager named Jacob. He swore up and down their vacuum could never do something like that. Let me add that they were suppose to come out the day before but cancelled die to malfunctions of their equipment. Hmmmm. Okay. So Jacob argued with me, I asked for the boss, he said "I AM THE BOSS", so I asked, "Okay so you don't have anyone above you?" He said No. So you own the place? He said No. Okay so you are not "THE BOSS". He refused to give me the owners name, number or let me talk to him. The conversation went no where, he implied I was lying and there was a tear before, which there was not. Why would the tech not point that out? Why would he still clean there? And if there was a tear and he made it worse why didn't he tell me? By their response, they do not put customers first which is bad business all together. Continue to back up a lying technician and you will only lose future business, I Guarantee it!!

+ -1 moreThey were on time when they arrived. Two guys. They were professional. They vacuumed my carpet then cleaned it. They used protector also. I was satisfied, they were really good and carpet look really great. My family was happy, very clean and nice.
