Description of Work: I used Superior Cabinet to update my kitchen with custom cabinets. My experience with this company is very biased by working with Jeremy, a salesman there, and I think the source of the problems. | |I went to superior cabinets with some initial design ideas. Jeremy at start was very good at helping me with updating the design and answering my questions. The cabinets where delivered when expected and according the the specifications. And then the problems started... | |first: it turns out Jeremy had made a measurement mistake and order a cabinet that was deeper. Our contractor couldn't cut a complete cabinet so I was caught up in a fight between the contractor and Superior. My contractor tried to reach Jeremy on multiple times with no luck which delayed the project. After the cabinets where finally re-done, I realized that the toe kick and crown molding where never sent. This lead to another round of back-and-forth and fights with Jeremy to give me a date to send the missing pieces. After the pieces finally arrived, the toe kick was not in the delivery, so had to again fight to get hold of jeremy to receive the toe kick, where he was trying to explain to me why I didn't want a toe kick and instead could use a crown molding trim. Another big delay and back-and-forth came about when trying to schedule the 'final check' pass. Jermey was not giving me a date. Finally I called and talked to someone else there, and got an appointment. After that appointment I mentioned that the toe kick has not arrived and he mentioned that Jeremy has had issues with customers in the past and promised me a quick delivery (which he did). | |Overall, I'm very happy with the quality and price of the cabinets, but Jeremy was so disorganized, made mistakes and lacked follow up that made my (and my contractor) experience very miserable. | |

Description of Work: superior made custom cabinets for my kitchen. I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the cabinets and they were great to work with. I also use them to obtain my countertops and am delighted with those also. There were some space challenges and with the help of their designer everything is just wonderful, my new kitchen looks fabulous and I found the price of custom cabinets to actually be better than the prefab ones to say nothing of getting exactly what I needed and wanted. I would recommend is superior to anyone

Description of Work: I ordered a bathroom cabinet from Superior. I went to the showroom and spoke with Chris. He took my measurements and based on those gave me a preliminary bid. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process. He gave me an overview of the different types of wood and finishes as well as types of hinges and hardware. We made an appointment for him to measure in detail at my home. The bid was almost exact to the one he had given me based on my measurements. I picked up the cabinet ( they have the option of delivery available as well) in three weeks from the date of ordering. It was beautiful and the overall look is just what I had envisioned. There were a few things that needed to be tweaked after installation so I called them and they sent a technician within two days of my call. He did a great job and I am very satisfied with the end result.

Description of Work: This vendor consulted, measured the kitchen, then built and delivered custom cabinets to fit our kitchen remodel plan. They do not install. Our kitchen is about 11' x 8'. Upper units are ceiling height (47"). Pull-out spice rack and recycling center. Corner lazy susan. All base units have drawers except the sink unit. They also supplied finished trim stock, and extra stain. The doors, drawers, and faces are solid hardwood. Sides and shelves are finished plywood. Not a single piece of particle board or melamine. Full extension glides, and soft-close cabinet hinges. No pulls or knobs (we installed them ourselves). They asked for half of the total quote for a down payment, and the second half due at delivery. They offer a standard lifetime warranty.
