Roto rooter

We got totally hosed by Roto Rooter, we haven't been able to use the drains in our house for the past 6 months

Way over priced, had to have them come back, they wanted to charge me all over again. They cleaned out the drain and dumped it in my driveway. Gross. I only used them because of the Coupon and true to form you get what you pay for - I sent them home and called Fox Plumbing which is what I should have done to begin with - and the came out and fixed the problem in short order for a 1/3 of the cost. No Drama. If you're in Seattle and use a dispatched based Plumber - Call Fox Plumbing and Heating.

Very good initial response as I was told a plumber would arrive between 10am-2pm the next day 12/13/17 to install a new gas water heater. I received a call about 12:30 on 12/13/17 saying the plumbers were running about 2-3 hours late and would be there as soon as possible. Mike, the plumber arrived about 3:45pm and proceeded to give me a very high estimate of over $2000 + Tax to install a new water heater. After some discussion, Mike revised his estimate to $1,900 + Tax to install a new gas water heater. After the very high estimate, he then tells me he does not have a water heater with him and because of the work load, would not be able to install a new water heater until Friday 12/15/17. I told Mike I would either get another company to do the install, or even do it myself. I felt that Roto Rooter wasted my time and prevented me from having another company to install a new water heater on 12/13/17. I did get another company to install a better new gas water heater the morning of 12/14/17 at a cheaper price.
