Their prices are much higher than other repiping companies. Out of sate company with subcontractors doing their work!

Sales and scheduling team were awesome. But actual work whole house water pipe replacement work done by the contractor is not at expected quality. It's also difficult to get the company to fix issues because there are sub-contractors involved in the process. Because water pipes replacement is an integral part of a home, my recommendation is to go with firms that use in-house license plumbers.

Paid over $13k for a whole house repipe job about a year ago. Just discovered that they failed to replace one water pipe that is under my house that was included on the contract. When I called to have that corrected, I was told that it wasn't part of the original bid and I would need to pay for it. They also are charging me $200 just to have someone come out and look at it to determine if it should have been replaced. Why would I pay to have my whole house repiped but not include one pipe? Very disappointed. If you are going to repipe, call plumbing companies directly and get bids from them. Don't use these guys. They are just middle-men and then hire a plumbing company and take a cut. Better service and cheaper to go direct.

I had another plumbing company repair a kitchen faucet and asked if they did re-piping of my homes 60 year old water system and they gave me an unwritten estimate which I thought seemed high. I had heard REPIPE SPECILISTS cmmer4cials and called to get an estimate. I have used PVC outdoors for my sprinkler system for more than 30 years with no issues and decided PEX would be more cost effective for my home. A REPIPESPECIALIST provided an estimate with a one-day installation. The “team” phoned when they expected to arrive and arrived as scheduled. The team of 3 did a quick assessment of the work to be done and went over the details with me. The job was completed in about 1o hours and the lead went over the details. All main connection were tested. They also install a main shut-off inside my home (original shutoff was at the underground meter}. After several weeks everything is great with double the water pressure and flow. Cleanup was well done and no additional wall repairs were needed. The REPIPESPECIALIST team was courteous, masked and answered all my questions. I certainly recommend this company.

Amazing! They finished the house in one day. The job was inspected the next day and the third day they completed all the dry wall patching!! Then thet left the house clean as if they were never there!

Delivered as promised, on time and on budget. Communication throughout the process and job was timely and professional Sandy and his team were respectful and careful of our home and our neighbors, which required additional digging to access connection to City water main.

Estimator actually arrived early, which is unusual for any appointment. However he was very unprofessional and very pushy salesman with little knowledge how the repiping would actually be completed or if it could be completed at all. I refer to him as unprofessional because he made himself at home by thinking it was ok to help himself to some snacks without asking. High pressure sales is awful, pushing and pushing for a deposit and to get it scheduled. We had agreed to it, but the next morning had second thoughts as we just weren’t convinced the job could get done and get done properly. We are currently looking at other options. Don’t be fooled by their commercials like we were.

It went great. Express Plumbing came out the day before to look at the project and was back at the time in the morning he said he would be. He and his helper were very polite and answered questions when asked. The work very efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. It was a much better experience that I thought it would be.

Both the repipe and sheetrock repair crews were prompt, professional, courteous and patient with my questions. They were very good at keeping the house clean during and after the job. I liked that there is a lifetime warranty from this company.

About half of my home plumbing was still galvanized and one pipe had started to leak. After reading reviews for Repipe I decided to give them a call. The estimator (Doug) was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. An estimate for re-piping the basement, two bathroom sinks and two exterior hose faucets took about 20 minutes. The paperwork was thorough and clear so I knew what I was committing to. They were able to schedule the work to happen in about a week from when I met with the estimator. Two days before the work was to start I received an email with details of how to prepare my home to maximize their ability to quickly replace my piping and telling me who the team lead would be if I had any questions. The team showed up on time the day of the work and it took around three hours and required 6 small holes in walls which they also patched very cleanly when they were done. Before cutting any openings they consulted with me and confirmed my approval and were also open to other approaches that might require less cutting. They used drop clothes everywhere leaving no mess behind and took away all of the debris from the work. I would happily work with them again.

I got two or three bids after determine I want to replace faulty cpvc piping. It’s life we from 50 years to an unreliable 15 yrs or so. Pipe get brittle with time and is subject to failure especially on the hot water side. Repipe was the lowest bid at less than half the high bidder. Was skeptical but the on line reviews were good for them. Seattle repipe suns out work to global plumbing and their review are what sold me. Work went well. The crew was creatinine on finding the location of the pipes to be replaced thereby minimizing holes in my two story home. The wall patching was actually very good too. But still had to finish coast texture and paint. Boba and bill were outstanding during the work and very communicative of all the work and issues along the way. Doug from repipe was also very fair and knowledgeable.

As advertised and promised, before the work a workup specialist came to price the job. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, very prompt, personal and friendly. After agreeing to have the work done their main office called with the details of who and when the team would start. Day 1, whole house repiped. (1970 3 bedrooms, 2 bath Rambler) also, main water line from home to city hookup repiped. Day 2, permit inspector signed off on all work done. Day 3, sheetrock guy came in at 8:30 AM and was done by 1:30 PM. Absolutely fabulous experience from start to finish. Like I said the finished job is exactly as advertised and promised.

It went great, the team showed up on time. They installed new shutoff valves in showers, sinks, and toilets. New valves to outside. Moved hot and cold water lines closer to washing machine. 5 areas where they remove a piece of sheetrock were reinstalled, mudded and taped. They layed down flooring cloth for protection. They vacuumed, took all their garbage. By 2:30 they all left and we had clean pipes with great pressure.

All went well. The workers was efficient and worked constantly until the job was done. It did require cutting into some walls. Walls were replastered. However, the painting of the walls was not included in the total cost.

The installation by the team sent by Repipe Specialists of Washington was phenomenal. They arrived on time and went right to work finishing in record time, amazing! The installation was perfect, the walls were repaired and the areas affected were cleaned up after the job was complete. Now we have clean fresh water with plenty of water pressure. They even replaced two bath/shower faucets for a reasonable extra cost. We are very happy with the job they did for us.

The overall job was "OK" and our water pressure is better. It was a huge dusty mess, even though we took every precaution to seal off other rooms. Their big vacuum had old filters and blew fine plaster dust everywhere. Main job went well, but patch work in all our bathrooms, ceilings and laundry room look only fair. Seams in our ceilings, and unfinished holes around laundry room faucets and inside cabinets. We had to have them come back the next day to fix the a few problems. Which they did.

Called several plumbers and could not give me a clear picture of what they were going to do. Doug came in and gave me an estimate and within a week Repipe Specialists started. Repipe Specialists came in and were very professional. It was a very straightforward process.

Work was satisfactory, repiping Specialist contract with Pacific Plumbing to do the work. Some of what the salesman promised couldn't be done. The price was $3k over the bid of Pacific Plumbing.

It went fairly well. Repatching walls was a little sloppy and left messy. They couldn't get the hot water tank to work afterwards and didn't seem to know why. Had to have someone else come out and flush it out. I had to leave for about a half hour. Two days later discovered a window screen removed and put in a closet and the window left unlocked. No one should have touched that. Called the company to report but they didn't seem to care. If you have people working in your house be sure to check all your windows afterwards. Not sure what happened but sure seems strange.
