Description of Work: He litterally flicked a switch to go from 120 volt to 220. Charged me 104 dollars. Didn't fix the problem becausr it was the heater thats not working, which u told hom. so came out again and I had opened the door because he decided to screw the magnet switch into the door and so the only way to shut off the hot tub, because it's not heating, is to open the door. So I wait a week for him to come out. I told him the tub still wasn't heating. I was at work when he got here. He didn't bother calling me. I got home that night hoping to jump in my hot tub and found his invoice. He "closed the door." So my hot tub was running and not heating, just like before. This guy is a dumb a$$. Don't use this guy. Plus he is super grumpy. Was not nice. When i called him to come over the second time he said, "Well what do you want me to do?" I said make my hot tub work? He was mad for some reason.

Description of Work: My tub wasn't running. They came out and found it was a simple fix and fixed it. They could have made it out to be a bigger issue and charged more but instead were trustworthy and performed the simple fix.

+ -1 moreThey are very satisfactory. Every few months I receive a cartridge in the mail through the automatic service. The cartridge is used for purifying the water. This is done as part of the maintenance service. They are always prompt. Their workers are very professional. I haven’t compared their prices with that of any other company.
Description of Work: I got a hut tub from Olympic Hot Tub. I also get it serviced by them. They came out recently for fixing a new lid.

Description of Work: I hired this company on a quarterly basis to clean my hot tub. They will drain the tub, scrub it and refill the water and chemicals.

+ -1 moreI was very surprised that the service technician was given incorrect information about the work that we needed performed. I was also surprised that they didn't leave the work order open until the work was completed. They indicated that we would need to call them back in the spring when the weather is about 75 degrees so the shell can be properly repaired. We assume that this is how they can statistically say that they promptly perform and complete work since they don't actually track work that isn't completed yet! Thankfully this work is being performed under warranty. However, it gives us a little concern about what the service will be like once the hot tub is not under warranty any longer.
Description of Work: A couple of hours after delivery and installation, we noticed that our new hot tub had been delivered with a deep scuff on the shell. We immediately called the salesman who said he would let the service department know about it. It took them 3.5 weeks to show up to look at it. When they did, we weren't home and they called on their way out to say that everything seemed to be working fine. Their paperwork said that the heater wasn't working. We advised them as to what they were really supposed to be doing so they returned to the house and tried to buff out the scuff. They weren't able to do it completely and said that it would take an actual repair to the shell. We assumed that they would return to do it which they did not. The following weekend the auxiliary control panel stopped working. I called the service department to report this problem and was told they would get to it in a week and a half. I asked about the previous visit and was told that it needed to be rescheduled.

+ -1 moreTHIS IS AN OLD MODEL HOT TUB - C1988 - AND IS SOMEWHAT DIFFICULT TO TROUBLESHOOT. THE TECH WORKED UNTIL HE AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT FIGURED OUT WHAT MIGHT BE WRONG, DID THE REPAIR AND CLEANED UP. IT WAS AN INTERLINK PROBLEM THAT CAUSED THE TROUBLE. ALTHOUGH IT TOOK A LOT OF TIME THEY WERE CAREFUL AND PERSISTENT UNTIL IT WAS FIXED.
