Maria House Cleaning

My cleaners were very nice but they spoke little English and, more important, they did a horrible job. For example, they didn't move things around to clean kitchen counters or for dusting. 2 of 3 toilets would be scrubbed...one would be left. They'd take our recycle and garbage out...and leave it on our porch. They were simply basic, surface cleaners only. And, for $150 for a 3200sq.' house, I expected a lot more.

Cleaning crew showed up on time, but neglected to clean one of the bathrooms and office. Did not vacuum office, did not dust, did not empty garbage or recycling. Back bathroom, not touched. Very disappointing.

Cleaned very superficially. The house was priced for 3 hours of work. The cleaning lady left after one hour and twenty minutes. Lots of places were not cleaned.

When my regular cleaner got sick, they were extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. I needed them to send another cleaner the same day or the next day but they would not return my calls for days. Their cleaners do a good job but the office personnel is unprofessional, unreliable and very difficult to work with.

We originally asked for a deep cleaning of our home and Maria's crew did such an excellent job that we decided to do twice monthly maintenance cleanings. The deep clean was amazing. We have two dogs and a toddler and they managed to make our home look and smell like we were didn't have either. Our home was spotless and the crew did a walk through with us at the end to make sure they did not miss anything. I thought that was a great touch and showed pride in not only their work but the desire to meet their client's needs. The follow-up cleaning was also great. It is so nice to be able to come home from work and know that you can just relax and have a clean home!

Maria house cleaning does bi weekly cleaning for me which I simply do not have time to do myself as a single professional father. They are affordable, punctual, and the quality of the work excellent. They clean my windows, dust, vacuum in places like under the couch and cushions, and even did my dishes last time which was not part of the deal. Most importantly, I trust them to do the job while nobody is home which is a huge plus because I don't really care for strangers in my home. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a consistently clean home.
