Description of Work: Furnace stopped working because another heating company had worked on 2 months previous. Greenwood found the problem in about 10 minutes. Tighten the screw that holds the wire connection.

Description of Work: Air Handler portion of Heat Pump System stopped working. Motor needed new capacitor. Substitute capacitor was installed at first visit so system would run. Return visit - installed new correct capacitor and performed complete analysis and tune-up servicing of system. Work was done thoroughly and efficiently, with settings reviewed with owner where owner preferences were involved. System works better than ever!

Description of Work: I talked to them about an estimate and they told me it would be three weeks before they could come. I made the appointment but also had other bids in the mean time. They were polite and professional when they came but were the highest price(about 1/3rd higher)for what the wanted to install. Had I not done my research on what everybody was selling I probably would have bought from them.

Description of Work: Duct cleaning for a house with 18+ registers. They sealed all vents, connected a gigantic vacuum to the ducting near the furnace, and attacked one vent at a time with compressed air and/or shop vac. The combination of forced air and constant vacuum ensures that a lot of crud is flushed from the system. Overall the process seemed far more effective than other services that merely jam a long vacuum nozzle into each vent. The technician was timely and courteous throughout the day.
