They did an excellent job in one day. Didn't hardly notice they were there. They cleaned up afterwards. Installed the new thermostate and programmed it. It's working great ever since without any issues. They came out for a follow up inspection in December to make sure everything was installed correctly and working fine.

The contact person’s name is Mr Porter. I spent about $5500 on their services. They did good by me. I guess the price fell right in there. Everything is fine with regard to quality. They were good with responsiveness. I will use their services again in the future.

Super nice professional and explained everything as they went. I was so impressed that I have signed up for a service plan. They have since been back to provide a tune up and will do so again next year.

Jim Monaghan came out and provided the detailed estimate to replace my furnace and water heater. He talked me through it all, and made sure I understood the advantages that Greenwood offered over other companies. After meeting with others, I did determine Greenwood appeared to be the best choice. My installation was scheduled (quickly I might add) but then the morning of the installation, I had car trouble and couldn't get to the job site. Jim came to where I was to pick up the house keys so that the job could continue on time. Wow! I arrived at the house several hours later to the crew (Richard and Tony) feverishly at work. They did a great job with a clean install and by the end of the day, everything was in working order and had been explained to me. They were friendly, professional, and took care of the place. I have been very impressed at every step of the way with Greenwood and the people they employ. Thanks for taking care of me!

Excellent - overall. I chose them because they have been aroudn for a very long time in Seattle and because they are Their forte is Lennox products and we actually wanted to go with the Rheem, but it wasn't in stock. So, they gave us the Lennox, whcih was more costly for the same price. Also, gave us a discount on our thermostat. THey came out very quickly and worked with our busy scheudles and met with us late on a Friday and did the install on a Saturday. Because we were spending so much money, they gave us discounts on the duct sanitation and we are members of their service club which provides expedited response times etc. We love our new furnace/heater, it runs so beautifully, the thermostat is amazing with built-in tutorials and customizable home-page, and the ducts in our 1936 house seem so clean there is no old-house smell - it is like a new home. Highly recommended.

Overall cost was based on initial travel and diagnostic fee ($135) plus a "book" value ( $170) for thermocouple replacement. The time for repair was 45 min, plus the new thermcouple. $170 seemed excessive for this task. Otherwise I was pleased with the response and quality of the workmanship.

Very good. The technician even puts on booties to avoid tracking in dirt.

They were excellent. It was on Christmas Eve and they came out and did a great job. Their price and quality was excellent. They were very good. We would use them again in the future.

I don’t know how much the cost was. I can’t really tell for sure about the quality of the work that they did.

The experience went fine. The sales rep was available; he took my calls on weekends and the working guys came out promptly. They installed it well, did in the time frame they were going to do it in and cleaned up after themselves real well. The installation hardware works fine so they did a good job of putting it all in and I will use them again in the future.

It went well. They came on time. It is working beautifully. I looked for a couple of bids, but this company came across very well. They were also willing to discuss the final price and for that reason I picked them over the other two.

I found out from another company that I did not need a new furnance. If I did need a new furnance I would use this company.

Overall the experience was fantastic. I signed on with them for a yearly service and received a discount on parts we needed. That ended up being a great savings. They will send us a card in the mail when it is time for our next year's furnace service.

Very professional estimate. Scheduled at my convenience, provided a reminder call, showed up on time. Asked all the right questions, and did a full assessment of my needs and the installation space. Took time to provide a very detailed estimate, with a range of model and installation options. Answered all my questions thoroughly. Friendly and helpful. Called back in a few days to ask if I had more questions. I ended up going with another company purely on price. The estimate from Greenwood was higher for the exact same equipment and installation option for the tankless hot water system, and higher than a similar, but not identical, furnace option. I would probably contact Greenwood again for estimates on similar services, and would likely use them if their price was competitive.

I have used them before and I would use them again only for certain services. They are not good for small services. For what I needed done I hit the minimum charge for just a few hours work.

It went very well. The workman were very organized and friendly. They finished in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves.

The salesperson arrived on time. He did a good job reviewing the existing setup and making a recommendation. I had the estimate the next morning. He was quick to respond to questions I had. He came on 3-15, I signed the contract on 3-16 and the furnace was installed on 3-21. The installers arrived on time and did a nice job. They used the existing piping and ductwork with a one pipe replacement and the furnace fit nicely where the old one had been. After the install they setup an appointment with the city to get the job inspected and they had their own quality control person come out the next week to check the install. The two phase option heats the downstairs much better than the old one

In 2 days they had it totally installed. The techs were absolutely first class as well as the electrician. They were like magicians!! Greenwood even had a inspector come out to inspect the work which was wonderful!

The initial meeting went well and we were well informed of our options.

We really like the furnace. There haven't been any problems with it. There were some minor adjustments he had to make to it, but there was nothing unexpected.

I am happy with the experience. They came out and examined the broken furnace, explained what was wrong and gave us our options. We bought a new furnace with a good warranty on it. I was not home when they did it. I think I got an Angie?s List discount plus I got coupons from them and referral bonuses; I was actually able to use one of the coupons and one of the referrals. I did not shop between a bunch of different companies, so I don?t have anything to compare it to. It was $1000 more than the old one that was put in 20 years earlier - I don?t think it was a bad price. I have recommended them to one of my bosses.

The overall experience was great barring one rather glaring issue. I would have rated them an A but... The installers worked hard and were very clean and professional. They worked through a random power outage which thankfully was restored just before they were ready to test the equipment. When they were finished they walked me through how to use the thermostat and user maintenance on the furnace. They tolerated my various questions with a smile. The sales experience was also pleasant. It wasn't pushy just informative and friendly. He even helped with the myriad of rebates to be submitted by years end. They even had a follow up inspection to validate the installers work. It was very cursory but a nice touch. What was interesting to me was this guy either didn't notice the issue or chose to ignore it. The issue developed a few weeks later when I was showing this new and very expensive technological marvel to my father and I noticed a random piece of black electrical tape on the sheetmetal on the intake side. Doesn't belong there - so I go to pull it off and realized it was covering a hole so I don't remove it. Now I look down and one the exhaust side there is another piece covering another hole. Now aside from my house and a few cars, this is one of the most expensive purchase I have made. I don't expect to see two holes poked in my brand new furnace installation with black electrical tape over them. Ok, so I may be a little excited about this but I see it this way, I just spent nearly $7000 on something. If it were a car, I'd be back at the dealer in a heartbeat and they would fix the problem no questions asked. I can't just put this in my car and exchange for a new one. I have to live with this for the next 15-20 years. I have called Greenwood and am still waiting on a return call after a month. Of course best case is they rebuild the boxes above and below the furnace to repair the damage but the reality is I will put some of the shiny furnace tape over the holes to seal them properly and never hear from them. The City inspector has yet to come out. I will mention this and see what they say.
