Great! Excellent quality and great people. Trevor and Martin were quick, friendly, and did a great job with the installation and finish. There was a miscommunication on the size of a new window, but that was a misunderstanding and shouldn’t reflect on the professionalism and quality, and workmanship of Trevor and Martin.

It went very well there was one glitch with the order coming in with clear instead of the obscure class we ordered. They handled it very well and offered several options to resolve the glitch. I give them top marks on everything. I do not grade people based on "No Glitches or problems" but how they handle the problems. If you have a long term business relationship there will be problems some time.

They were wonderful! The new door is a great quality for a fab price! Installers were personable, professional, tidy. They did a great job! We will be hiring them to replace a number of windows as well. Definitely recommend this company.

I learned the hard way that the way a contractor acts before a contract is awarded is probably how he will act after the contract is signed. (Sounds obvious, I know.) When we decided to do this project, I called several companies for estimates. One company showed up an hour late, which told me that this company tolerated lateness and did not respect my time as a customer. Another company promised an estimate by a certain date, and still had not provided it a week later. This told me that the company viewed keeping its word as optional, a scary prospect for me as a homeowner. Emerald City Energy was a great choice for this project. Everyone involved -- including Brian, Terry, Travis, and Martin -- was helpful, reliable, prompt, efficient, and friendly. Every company needs an Erin, who keeps things running smoothly at Emerald City Energy and is a delight to deal with on the phone. The windows and doors were installed quickly and look great.

The entire process was very smooth, very easy. It's been a year now and I can't remember the name of who came for the estimate or the guys who installed but they were all professional, friendly and efficient. There was not one single problem, all windows installed in one day. They look absolutely beautiful. We live very close to a busy road and the windows have cut the noise significantly. Very thrilled with the work, couldn't be happier.
