ECE outbid the other four estimates we received, but the fact that their installation warranty matched the lifetime warranty on the windows we purchased made our decision for us. The sales rep who came out to the house was refreshingly straightforward and easy to work with. No high pressure tactics were used -- a plus rarely encountered. Installation went smoothly, and finished ahead of schedule. I'm only a month in, but am very pleased with our new windows.

After extensive shopping and research, we selected Emerald City Energy for our new windows. Their price was excellent and the warranty that they offered on installation was superior to their competition. Not only that , but the sales agent that came to the house did NOT employ a hard sell and gave me a solid competitive price right away. (Unlike several nationally known competitors) He also worked hard to get my business, working with me on beating competitors' price. Emerald City's installer (who was a subcontractor, but works exclusively I think for Emerald City) arrived on time, both for the final measurement and for the install. The two man install crew was efficient. I especially appreciated that they were willing to work with me to make sure the windows were all working and sliding properly. The install was finished on or before the time stated in the contract and the crew cleaned up properly and disposed of the 14 old windows and all of the construction debris. I would call them again.

It all went quite well. They weew neat and efficient. This is our second use of this compamy. We were pleased enough to seek them out again.

I had a great experience from first contact to installation. Communication was timely, everything was right on schedule. There were a few items I failed to mention and the installers were able to accommodate every change with grace. I'd recommend them to anyone!

They were fabulous! Responsive, on time, professional and personable. The installs went quickly and they cleaned up after. Office staff is cheerful and friendly. They gave us reminder calls a couple of days ahead of time. The pricing was great. I'm very happy and will use them for additional window replacements. Highly recommend this company!

We've hired this company twice and they've been great. Quick to respond to my initial inquiry, the lowest of the 3 bids I got, good quality installation, easy to work with them.

I thought everything from the intial quote process to the installs were fantastic! Terry, who installed the doors, was punctual and professional and his workmanship was superb! Rhett, who installed the windows and outside trim, was also punctual and professional and his workmanship was also superb! Erin, who works in the office, was very friendly and easy to talk to. There was a little paint glob on one of the entry doors, which was not Emerald City's doing, and they contacted the door manufacturer right away and the door will be replaced. I would definitely hire them again!

They put them all in backwards. We pointed it out to them and they fixed it. They were competitive with price. They were pretty responsive. Even though they put them in backwards, they did fix it.

Both installers were great. One window was wrong from the factory no fault of the installers. Both were friendly and cleaned up as they worked.

Rhett and Brett were on time and very professional - during install I noticed an issue with the trim and they fixed it right away. They were very kind to my cousin's toddler.

Was friendly on arrival. Was upfront that they were not able to do the job once they reviewed the work needed. Provided consultation on some considerations, problem points, and potential costs. Appreciate upfront assistance without pandering or agreeing to work they are not comfortable with. Professionals.

Although they arrived 2 ½ hours late, I was notified of the delay. Work was done competently with beautiful results. Friendly & helpful installers. All work completed by the end of the work day. My questions were address and answered satisfactorily.
