Description of Work: Replaced front double doors and another exterior door. The project took 2 days for the 3 doors, then another day out to re-key both doors the same and install matching interior hardware, both items that was missed by their supplier. Both installers I met were top notch, very professional, courteous, I had no worries at all. A great company to work with.

Description of Work: Overall, happy with this company. There were some mistakes on my order, but the owner was very responsive and did everything in his power to fix things and make them right to my satisfaction, including a $200. I bought the 3-window deal, plus added 2 more windows and upgraded some of the windows in the deal to Milguard.

Description of Work: First contact was great. They came and measured but later called and said the door was bigger than the deal offered so I would be charged more. I decided not to do this and planned to call Angie's list for a refund. I then got a call saying the door was mistakenly ordered and it was offered at the lower price. When they measured, I was told they could possibly leave my third door to keep my port package. However, when I inquired about this, a manager called me and said, "I don't know what you think you heard but we never offered to put the outer, third door back on at installation." The condescending tone of this statement didn't sit well with me and I don't appreciate the lack of honesty. Because I was stuck with this, I allowed them to install the new door, sans outer door. Installer chipped house paint in three places. I left a note asking installer to leave the third door which he didn't. Office staff was polite but I wouldn't work with company again based on communication issues.

We want to apologize for you not being happy with the communication that occurred for your patio door. Most importantly we never, ever have been told we come across as condescending and for that we need to make sure we address internally as that is totally not acceptable under any circumstance. The quick synopsis is that you purchased a Big Deal for a 5' or 6' wide patio door. We measured and your door was an 8' wide door (not very common), a much more expensive product ($640 additional). In our enthusiasm we ordered that door prior to your approval for the additional cost. You definitely had the option to cancel and get your Big Deal refunded, but we thought it was right to go ahead and install the patio door for you, so we did so at no further cost. We did talk in advance about your old storm door on the outside of your existing patio door. We did say we would try to reinstall it if possible. Unfortunately that 20 year old sound abatement product was attached to the old prime patio door (the frame components), thus we could not separate the two. In fact, the storm portion had to be "collapsed" just to get the old door system out. We did leave a note explaining why it was not physically possible and why we took it away, as leaving a bunch of broken parts and pieces would not have been very helpful in our judgment. Your hearing us say "we never said we would do that" when we thought we said "we were not able to do that" is something that we need to work on. This was not a result of us not wanting to or agreeing to, it was just not physically possible. Thankfully you have a beautiful new 8' patio door installed at the cost of a 6' door, and we will be here should you need any warranty service down the road. Description of Work: We had 11 windows replaced in our home. We purchased two of the specials strictly on Angies List reviews (which are excellent) and the BBB's A rating as well. And we are thrilled that we did. Every transaction was smooth, every person we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Tipton came out to do the measuring, he was fast, efficient and informative. Trevor and Doug came to do the install. They were careful, thorough and fast! Tipton thought it might take two days, but it was all complete in one. We really couldn't be happier - the windows are absolutely beautiful and they've cut down on the street noise outside. Would love to have them out again to replace our two sliders. Would hire again without hesitation.

Description of Work: Replaced all windows (9) and sliders (2). Replaced inside casings and trim. They were a bit disorganized. There were a few bumps along the way, but they were quick to fix. Caulking is inconsistent and will require a return trip to fix.

Description of Work: Installed 3 windows for the price specified in the offer. They did not try to hard sell any other items. We asked to have frosted glass on 1 of the windows and they were accommodating and we just had to pay the difference. 1 window was delayed so they had to come back to install 3rd window. Very friendly and professional.
