Description of Work: Installed 8 new energy efficient windows and two deck/patio slider doors for a total of ten installs. Andy, the sales person, was informative and "no pressure". He answered all my questions and emails prior to making my final decision in a timely manner. Naomi, the project manager, kept me informed during the entire process. The install team was always on time and efficient and solved a problem unrelated to the actual install on the patio door. I was reading the whole process when I started, but the whole process and install was superb. I even called PSE, where I obtained the referral, and told them what an excellent job Emerald did.

Description of Work: This is just the start; they have given me a price which was much better than the competition, and I've accepted it. Today someone called and we scheduled the measurements.

Description of Work: I originally ordered 5 windows but later added an additional 5 for a total of ten. The installations went smoothly and we are very happy with these Millgard windows. Everyone I worked with at Emerald City Energy were very helpful and professional.

Description of Work: Actually, I didn't use them for service. I called to describe my problem, and they told me that the problem should be covered under warranty and to call the window manufacturer. This advise save me $$. I was very glad for the honest input as other companies had said they needed to send out a service installer to review my window, with a minimum cost of clost to $100. | |Because they were honest, I will call them first with any other window issues!

Description of Work: They replaced five windows for us in a very punctual and professional manner. They were very polite and they did a very clean job.

Description of Work: I got several bids for this job, replacement of 2 windows, 2 skylights, and a sliding door, and Emerald City Energy was mid-range price wise, but was the ONLY company I found that could do both the skylights and the windows+door. In addition, they were able to match our existing replacement windows we had purchased several years ago from a company who is now out of business. They were very professional, did a great job and I would use them again. There was one small issue due to the size of the opening for the door being larger than expected once they removed the old door (old door was installed in a non-standard size opening but camouflaged with trim), but the expert installation crew was able to fix the opening without delaying the job at no additional cost, and I am VERY happy with the results.
