Corey was wonderful and very kind. He made sure to walk with me around the entire house and paid close attention to certain areas I had concerns about, and cleaned up all the webs that were taking over in high up areas I could not reach. He checked with me twice to ensure a thorough job was done, and I look forward to having him be my technician in the future. Ever since we signed up with EcoShield (years ago) I have noticed a significant decrease in spiders (when we moved in to our house there were tons) and I never really notice any other insects at all with the spray they use. I like that they will come out any time for extra de-webbing if need be.

They came to our door and we explained that we had a problem where spiders would basically wrap our house and railings with their webs, resulting in endless work. They said they could handle it with a contract to repel the spiders. Understanding our house required a walkthrough, and at first it worked but then they started sending random people who did not know what to do and didn't do it. We kept paying , but they were no longer doing the job. We called, but they make you wait 40 minutes on hold to talk to someone out of state. It just wan't working any more, trying to deal with a mega corporation with a terrible phone system and underpaid staff who could not do the job.

We are very satisfied with this company's service after 2 treatments. I did not want a kill everything job but more to just keep the areas around my house from being overrun by spiders during late summer and fall and to bait for rats that are in abundance because of so much construction in our area. We also painfully found out we have a ground wasp problem right in the middle of our garden due to the dry weather. We explained our situation to the technician, showed him where the wasps were and he handled on the spot.

This service is a scam. One evening an ecoshield technician knocked at our door. He said he's treating other houses in the neighborhood and he can give me a discount for a treatment. I was interested because people on the other side of the street have been collecting garbage in their yard and I expected ants, rats, etc. The technician quoted me a price of $160 + tax ($176), however it turned out I need to sign up for regular "seasonal" treatments (1 every 3 months). There was also an additional treatment 1 month after the initial. The technician also stated they don't take checks. This sounded fishy and I told him that I will not give him my credit card number and that we have no deal. He "checked" with the office and of course it turned out he can take a check. So I initialed/signed the documents without reading details (big mistake!) and the technician's colleague got to work. The initial "treatment" took 10 min, spraying some liquid around the house. They didn't go into crawl space, neither in the attic, didn't climb to spray under the gutters, no effort of any kind to even look like a treatment. I wrote them a check as planned. A month later I received an e-mail about a pending "treatment". I called them and asked to cancel the treatment and the service and to my surprise they told me I owe them $190 + tax! I was totally stunned while the person on the phone explained that when I subscribed for the service I signed a contract that if I cancel I will pay the discount that I got for the initial treatment. $190 + tax ($209)!!! I was totally furious. The person sent me a copy of the documents that I had signed and indeed - on the first document it states that if I cancel I will pay the discount. However - doesn't say what the discount is at all. On the second document (invoice) it has a small print stating that the discount is $190!!! Note - we have had treatments from an honest legitimate pest control company before, inside and outside the house for ants for about $199 for 3 treatments! So ecoshield charges $350 for one treatment which consists of spraying some liquid around the rim of the house! I was totally furious - the technician never mentioned about the cancellation fee. Again - it's my fault for not reading the fine print and signing by trusting the person I was doing business with. Obviously trusting ecoshield is a big mistake. Being my fault, I sent them a check for $190+tax requesting immediate cancellation of all of their "services" and "treatments". They tried to talk me into not cancelling by lowering the "treatments" costs from $160 to $100 every 3 months. I would definitely not use ecoshield's services and if you anyway decide, I strongly advise you to read anything you sign. Their technician sells the services but not in an honest way and neglects to mention that if you cancel, they will charge you more than what you paid initially just to cancel. IMHO this is not an honest business.

We’ve had 2 treatments done so far and both times the gentlemen that came over were extremely knowledgeable, kind, courteous. They reduced the number of pests and nests considerably.

Bryce was extremely professional & extremely polite. His explanation of the treatment was brief yet thorough - I appreciated that.

Paid for a year and have had 2 visits so far. On both visits the exterminators were professional, extremely courteous and provided all services expected. Definitely have seen a decrease in spiders and almost all wasps are gone!

The are located out of Seattle and they come down and service this area. I have been happy with them. They have done a good job and our place has been pest free. I had some concerns and they promptly addressed them and I am happy with the result. It probably takes about a half hour to spray around the home. The worker was professional and friendly. He's good.

Ryan was great and very informative, superior customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent salespeople, but the technician who performed the service didn't seem clear on what was expected. He haphazardly sprayed in the house and for rodent prevention just set a couple of traps. No flea prevention as promised. No response to email.

When we purchased our house, there was a bit of a spider problem. Initially we had another company come out and the service guy said we would never get rid of spiders...um, then why do pest companies have bug spray and why do they offer spider service. EcoShield just happened to come by a couple of weeks later. We signed up for pest service with them and so far so good. A lot less bugs (I have only seen two alive since they started service) and they have been great to work with. Hopefully they keep up the good work.

Randy and Deyvan were extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. They explained what they were doing and then gave me a quick tour afterwards to show what they had done. They seemed to know their area of expertise pretty well and gave me a better understanding of the type of pests I was likely to encounter in this part of the country.
