Every part of the experience working with everyone from Beacon Hill Glass was an exceptionally pleasant, professional, and overall great experience. I called the number and the recording clearly mentions that for the fastest service to use their email contact. I did and got a reply in less than the 24 hours it promises. The quote for the estimate was the best of the three I got. Even more important than the estimate was the feeling I got from the installer, Jay, who came out to verify the estimate provided by email. Jay is super polite and respectful of home and property and pets, and he is super knowledgeable about windows and glass, especially about these old double-hung windows. The cost and Jay’s professionalism is why they got my job. Scheduling was very easy with Judy. The glass pane replacement went very well. Jay was on time for the estimate and the job. His work is meticulous, and so is his job cleanup. Additionally, communication with Judy along the way to schedule and bill my job only made the glass pane replacement an even more pleasant home repair. Beacon Hill Glass is the best glass/window company I’ve ever worked with and from now on will be the only company I plan to work with.

I called them twice for an estimate, 2 weeks apart. Left message. Never got a call back.

The workers were very courteous, very considerate that a business was being run out of the house, they always cleaned up after themselves. They couldn't be nicer to work with. Every time they came into the house took their shoes off, so they wouldn't track dirt into the house, and when ever they had to move something they always made sure to put it back where it was. They had excellent craftsmanship. Their pricing was very reasonable among all the vendors that we had place a bid on this project. The windows that they put in also have a lifetime warranty on the seals.

Moses from Beacon Hill Glass answered the phone quickly, was able to come over to the house within 24 hrs and give a quote after explaining glass options. His price was competitive and his wife returned my call to set a date. Moses showed up on time, was thoughtful about shoes and clean up And was very careful and cool with the old style putty application in keeping with my 104 yr. home. A nice guy, very professional and reasonable in cost. I highly recommend him.

Moses was very responsive but the window had delays with ordering

As the repair wasn't urgent, Moses & I communicated primarily via email. However, if you need immediate assistance, I would recommend calling. While we had a small hiccup with scheduling due to a misplaced phone number, Moses was extremely professional and worked around our availability to reschedule. The completed work looks great -- you'd never be able to tell that the window had been repaired. I won’t hesitate to contact Beacon Hill Glass should I need their services again in the future.

It was good. The glass was scratched but owner and i came to a proper price agreement. They had good reviews on Angie's list and he is close by.

I need to find a window repair person that would be able to fix a panel of glass broken during a move. Moses was able to show up when I needed him and replaced the glass in an older style door to match the other 3 panels. He was very professional and quick and efficient.

Excellent service from initial request for an estimate thru to the end of the project. Our windows are long and narrow and tricky to work with but Moses had no problems and completed the project with ease. Beacon Hill Glass is courteous and competent --two important qualities for any service provider. I will recommend them to my neighbors and use them again when needed.

They were great, easy to work with. I live in a house build in 1914 with a lot of leaded windows where the lower part is single pane. Several of them had cracked in the corners. He was trained by a craftsman on how to replace the old windows that are (puttied) into place. Most companies only want to do replacement windows. He worked with me on using some vintage glass I had and had new glass for the rest. When he was here we realized one of the windows had to have the old storm window removed to do the repair. He also agreed to take off the storm windows on four other windows even though they didn't need the glass replaced and it wasn't part of my original bid. He adjusted the bid on the spot for me. They did three of the small panes and four large windows in just a few hours. They were very eager to please.

He was on time, easy to work with and I would call them again if I have to change a window.

I was happy with the service. They did a good job. It was pretty straightforward. The guy was very professional. He came on time for the estimate and I accepted it. He gave me a time frame of when it would be done. He was quick and clean. I paid him and it was done. I was happy with the time frame. The price was good, it was affordable and fair. I didn't shop around.

They arrived when they said they would, did the work just as the bid and did the work. I barely knew they were here. They were so pleasant yet professional. I would use Beacon Hill Glass again without hesitation.

We had a break-in, resulting in the glass getting knocked out of a 10x22" panel of a single-pain window. The first vendor I called could only do replacements and couldn't get to it for weeks. They recommended that we call someone who can repair instead - so it was Beacon Hill Glass that we asked to come over! They were available 1 or 2 business days later, depending on what time slot I preferred. Although they needed to adjust the appointment to 30 minutes later than originally scheduled (I didn't mind, I had no other appointments), they were professional in calling an hour earlier and making sure I was okay with doing so or if we needed to reschedule. They came over, removed the remaining shards of glass and putty in the panel, and replaced with new glass and professionally re-did the putty. They were efficient, and they were gracious on the price when they found that I had initially given them the wrong size estimate over the phone. Definitely recommend.

We could not have been happier with the whole experience.....from Moses' immediate response to my online request for an estimate, to coming out (on time) to measure, to scheduling a very quick turn around time between measuring, ordering the glass panes and coming back with his coworker to install. The removal of the old trim around the panes and the replacement of it proved to be a challenge because of an excess amount of adhesive used previously. It did not phase them and they took care of it with good humor (and without any additional charge). They also alerted me to some rot in the wood door and offered to fill it with Bondo when they were done with the panes. I had to leave before they were done, to pick up my daughter from school. I returned to find the work completed, the place clean and tidy and the doors locked behind them. Both Moses and his coworker (Jay, I believe?) were courteous, professional and an absolute pleasure to do business with the whole way through the process. I have already recommended them to a friend and shall gladly recommend them again. And of course we know who to go to when we need more glass work done! Thanks guys!!

Moses, the owner was great. He is super knowledgable about window technology and all the latest options available. He is an excellent communicator and explained everything thoroughly. We had not known how easy it would be to remove the old aluminum windows that were difficult to open and close and replace them with spiffy new vinyl ones that were more energy efficient and opened smoothly. They came with nice screens too. Installation took just a couple of hours. Everything was clean and left no damage or dirt. A bonus was that Moses noticed that our chimney needed re-caulking, so he did that too - no charge. We had a short wait in order to get the exact color combination on the inside and outside that we wanted, but that was well worth it.

It was great. We called around to other window repair places, none of whom were interested in the small size of the problem. The owner of this company cam out to our house, ordered the custom pane of glass, and fixed it, all within a week. Really excellent service and responsiveness.
