Our initial call was answered immediately by Moses Tablit, who arrived later the same day to determine what was needed to effect a repair of this custom-sized patio slider window. While visiting the job site, Moses demonstrated a strong working knowledge of what needed to be done and exhibited a highly professional demeanor at every phase of the work. Beacon provided a very competitively-priced (as compared to two other bids obtained) and detailed estimate via email the very next day, which allowed us to proceed promptly with OK-ing him to order the required replacement glass. Just three business days later, Moses called to confirm our previously scheduled appointment and arrived on-time along with a co-worker as required to complete the job. They had everything wrapped-up within about 90 minutes, including very thorough cleanup and actually improved the working condition of the door locks, track etc. over as compared to their original condition before the repair was needed. We would absolutely recommend Beacon Hill Glass and Mr. Tablit to anyone requiring such a repair.

Moses was the second person I found on yelp to fix a broken windows in my house. The first person I called did not pick up the phone but Moses picked up and right away I could tell he was an honest person. I had an approximate measurement of the window that was broken and he gave me an estimate over the phone. He met us the next afternoon and showed up with all the materials in his truck. I asked Moses to check one window pane that was falling out on another part of the house and he kindly put in about an inch long piece of putty so that it would not fall out. He was very professional and I will definitely use him again.
