Very professional customer service (Cameron). Cameron was very professional, competent and knowledgeable about the business. The pest control staff (Angelo) arrived and was personable and professional! Very, Very satisfied with Alta Pest!!!

Deceptive business practices. They came and sprayed it did not work, and when I called them to come back out as they said they would it was going to be another two weeks before they could come. So I did it myself because we could not have the bugs around. When I went to fire them, I found out that, I signed a 12 month service agreement and could not fire them and now they are turning me into collections because they want almost $300 to discontinue their service which they did not tell me that I could not discontinue when I wanted to. Chase him off your property. Do not sign anything with his them. by the way, they offered me huge discounts if I kept them so be aware, if you do wanna sign up for them, you do not have to pay the full price

My first interaction with Alta was pleasant and professional. However a week after signing up for their service a different employee came out who told me they were in charge and they were supposed to be here for an inspection of the work done but ended up telling me that I?d have to pay almost an additional thousand dollars to get the work I had previously signed up for done. This company definitely made me feel like I was being misguided and misinformed simply to make more money for themselves. I would never recommend this company due to the final unprofessional behavior of not standing behind their original assessment and contract and given no choices or real explanations as to why I was never told this to begin with. I feel like we were misinformed from the beginning just to get us to sign up. Do not hire this company if you are looking for a professional company that stands behind their work and contracts.

Their customer service is excellent and the initial visit was thorough and confirmed that we did have rodents. The service person explained everything clearly and will follow up in two weeks. I highly recommend them!

The initial technician that came out did a good job but then I have not seen them but wen I call to cancel, they told me I have to pay $300, there was not contract.

Poor follow up. Did not kill the ants they were hired for.

The technician did a good job spraying the interior then exterior of my home. I wished they would also spray my crawl space like some other companies would. I also did not like they he kept asking me where to spray, I assume he would know where all the hotspots of these bugs are.

They arrived on time for the first visit. They promptly completed the service and they clearly explained what they did.

I had 2 hornets nest. These ppl came out early the next morning and removed both, sprayed my entire home and yard. Great job!

Worker was knowledgable of pest control of wasps and their nests and sprayed above and below ground area where they live.

Had quick availability and set a large amount of traps of differing types. Caught two mice in the first two days. Also sprayed around the property for other pests.

I haven't had a service in a few years and was shocked at the price. Then after signing the contract I got a text from technician explaining what he did and giving a price list of what tip I could leave him. I've never seen prior companies ask for a tip after each visit, and personally find it distasteful.

Did what was promised; and did it on time.

Wonderful

The call taker promised everything under the sun. They said they would spray, they would inspect, would do remediation and exclusionary work. That was all a lie. The very nice exterminator person, when discussing the things promised, explained that they just spray. I could see the disappointment on his face as it would appear that the company makes promises that the individual inspector cannot do. Do not do business with these people!
