The original installation had been problematic and this presented problems to be addressed this time as well. We were consulted about the possibilities, discussed them and agreed on a plan that worked for us. The installation was completed efficiently and is serving us well.

He suggested it would be best to hook up a garbage disposal that I had purchased at Home Depot as well while he was at it. The job was professional, and he cleaned up after the cabinet drilling. Steve was done in a little over an hour. He took the time to go over what was done, and to troubleshoot an electrical issue. Courteous, professional, responsive, cost-effective. Will use again.

After obtaining parts from the manufacturer my 1st plumber from a different company just disappeared. Larry stepped in and saved the day. He was very responsive, had a great sense of humor and was completely reliable. He went out of his way to make sure my shower was fixed before company I was expecting came to town.
