Tim Greggs is very professional and helpful. We had a lot of questions and spent a lot of time with him. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. We spent probably about an hour with him the first time and about another 30-40 minutes the second time. We went back a third time and ordered appliances then. He really knew what he was doing.

We unexpectedly had to replace all of our applicances. After shopping around, we were referred to Albert Lee by Home Depot. Our sales person was helpful,and the prices offered for a multiple appliance purchase were great. Albert Lee accomodated us by changing our scheduled delivery date to a day earlier so that we could attend the funeral of a friend that had passed unexpectedly. Overall we are impressed by the sales and delivery service we received.

We were happy with the delivery of our refrigerator as opposed to our friend's damaged refrigerator. The delivery was good. We spent $500 for the refrigerator. It was all pretty painless. Sometimes, it can be such a hard deal to go out and purchase an appliance. However, they were very professional and very knowledgeable. We are still happy with the refrigerator. We did shop around, and their price was excellent. We would absolutely use them again in the future. There is some work for them to do in the future.

We were in the store walking around and stopped to look at a stove top range. No one acknowledged our presence for 20 minutes.

This was a great shopping experience. Eric was terrific. We were looking for a new wall oven, propane cook top and microwave. We were shown a couple of oven microwave combinations which were in our price range. We also wanted a propane cook top, but had only found gas ones that you could convert to propane. Eric showed us one that was specifically for propane. We also needed a vent and wound up going with the pop up style. We were very impressed with Albert Lee. We had hesitated going because they were more expensive, but all in all we spent a little more but got much more in return with knowledge of the products. When they were all to be delivered, they did not have the pop up vent in stock and substituted another one for it. Weeks later I looked at the invoice and was that it was $150 less than the one we bought. Several days later, we received a credit to our credit card in the mail. I did not call them about it, either. Exactly how a good company would do business. I will buy all my appliances in the future at Albert Lee.

Great. Dale and Shawn were the most helpful and knowledgeable sales people we met during our long search for the right refrigerator. The refrigerator had to be just right to fit our new cabinets and finding the right one was a challenge. Shawn and Dale both work at the Albert Lee across from Overlake Hospital, and they knew their products, were candid, followed up, made sure that the refrigerator was delivered on time, and had an experienced team install it. The installation was complicated by the fact that our hardwood floors had just been refinished. The installers carefully carried the large double door fridge across our newly refinished floors instead of using a dolly. We were pleased with the care they took.

The sales person, and all other sales staff at the Bellevue, WA location were among the best we have experienced in appliance sales. Their in depth knowledge of the different brands and models was impressive. The issues started with installation, and subsequent response. The dishwasher, a Miele brand, was installed by Albert Lee certified Miele staff. At $160, it's a high price for an install, but it is a little more complex than some others. In short, it was installed with a leveling issue, and a door not properly adjusted. It produced 2' puddles of water on the hardwood floor. Albert Lee staff called Miele, and arranged for them to perform a review/repair. When the Luwa distributor tech arrived, as scheduled by Albert Lee, and reviewed the work, he stated the install was done incorrectly, resulting in steam hitting the underside of the counter, which would have rotted out the countertop, destroying the overlaying granite tiles. The double wall oven and range hood required cuts to the custom cherry cabinets. Albert Lee sales suggested we go outside their staff for this install, routing us to an independent contractor. Bid $960. I was very clear that the cherry cabinets were important to us, and that we would be happy to arrange modification via the original cabinet maker. I was assured that would not be necessary, and that the independent installer could handle everything without additional people involved. That was a mistake. Cutting into custom cherry cabinets with a Sawzall freehand is not a good idea. The result was chips in the cabinetry, and half to 3/4" gaps between the finished sides of the oven and range hood where it passed through the cabinets. In short, it was a horrible experience, with lasting damage. A wood putty repair to the chips is the only fully practical solution as complete rebuilding of one cabinet structure and another's stiles would be required to put things back to their pre-install, undamaged state. The independent installer backed up the $137 wood putty repair, but the rest of the damage is unresolved. Albert Lee covered a refund on the $160 dishwasher install that would have cost thousands for the counter and floor repair if left to steam away, but refuses involvement or reimbursement on the independent installer's work. I feel that since Albert Lee selected that contractor, it's their issue. I have no desire to pursue this other business that was where I was directed for this install. I would not recommend Albert Lee Appliance for any purchase as a result. $11,000 in with the install, and I feel like I would have been treated better with a random selection from the phone book.

They have been in business a long time and I had a very good shopping experience. They had what I was looking for and they were willing to deliver it the following day. They had a much better price than some of the competition. I give them A's across the board.

Good experience with a courteous salesman. I knew what I wanted, so there was no selling to do, the only need I had was for a quick delivery and that did happen. I have bought several appliance over the years from Albert Lee and have always had good experiences

David from Albert Lee Appliance came out to look at the refrigerator. He did not know what he was talking about. He was yanking on a part that was not supposed to move and saying that it should be moving. He had to make a call to order the part we needed and was completely unprofessional while on the call. He was very arrogant. He failed to offer a receipt so I had to contact his boss to get one. It was a very bad experience. I will never use this company for appliance repair again.

The experience did not go well. The oven was installed and the over the oven microwave ended up being dented.(Strangely enough in exactly the same place as the one seen on the scratch and dent area on the showroom floor in Tukwila AL). Installer indicated some issue with return advised I not contact store. Installer ended up coming out with another unit after I complained to company about the damaged. Ended up complaining and getting consumer group to help as installer over charged for installation services. Also I believe installer repaired and reinstalled initial microwave which was also dented. Took two months to have this made right with the help of a consumer group and got approx. $150.00 back for overcharge on installation fee.

Their service is good! We'll probably use them again soon. I'm pretty satisfied with their services.

Big-box competitor was out of the model I wanted, wait time was 3 weeks. I called Albert Lee with a price I was trying to match. They weren't quite able to match it, but they came very close and were able to deliver in two days. I made the order over the phone, without having to drive down to Tukwila. Delivery was on time, cloths are now clean.

The experience was very good. The salesman helped me out and they were knowledgeable. The delivery men were on time. I would hire them again in the future.

Visited showroom and was led by salesperson, Kirk Fisher who showed us several different range options before deciding on the American brand range. We'd been to this location twice previously and were familiar with the ranges features, notably, the full sheet baking pan (cookie sheet). Kirk reiterated this oven took a full size sheet pan, as the showroom display did show. After being quoted $2,999 for the range, we sat down to purchase it before being told the price was actually $3,199 plus tax. A little annoyed, we went ahead and bought it. The delivery went smoothly. After purchasing a new full size sheet pan however, we noticed right away it didn't fit in the oven. In calling Albert Lee to speak to Kirk about this, he stated that what they had in the showroom range was a 3/4 size sheet pan. This is NOT what we were told previously. Explaining that the sheet pan we purchased wouldn't work, he asked what we wanted them to do. We requested two sheet pans that would fit the oven (as advertised). He said he would talk to his manager and get back to us. That call never came.

They had really bad customer service there. I don't think that I would ever go there again for that reason alone. Their prices were just okay; I guess you could say they were in line with the rest of the appliance companies.

Our dryer kept breaking, so we called for a technician to come out. He figured out the problem right away; it was a clogged dryer vent. My only complaint was that the guy was forty-five minutes late and did not call to let us know.

We felt this company was very good with pricing and service. Everything arrived on time, and they were very willing to work with scheduling the delivery around our construction schedule which was in flux for a small period of time. We spent about $12,000 for all our appliances through them; we chose Miele cook top, speed oven, and wall oven; Kitchen Aid refrigerator, and Vent-A-Hood ventilation hood along with purchasing our sink, instant hot water, and garbage disposal. We were very happy with our experience.

I took the refer model number to Albert Lee to purchase a replacement water filter. The staff was rushed and unhelpful. After cycling through several sales people, one person picked out a filter and sold it to me. It was not the correct part. I went back to the store to return the wrong part. They did not have the correct part. After some difficulty, the sales person issued me a credit invoice and said my card would be credited the sales amount on the next day. The transaction seemed troublesome, so I checked my card a few days later for the credit - no credit. I returned again to the store and requested either: a credit card receipt showing the reversal charge, or a cash refund. I was told that the credit would be processed the following week. I spoke to the manager who told me the same thing. The manager was hostile and rude, telling me "we don't have to credit your account for 10 days". I left a message with the owner (Albert Lee) and have not heard a thing from him.

After searching extensively on web,and in stores for a "good deal" on a gas range I was getting discouraged. All the nice ranges cost $1500 and up. I went into Albert Lee and saw their sales floor and was not impressed. Then I saw the clearance area. I found several wonderful stoves to choose from, all way under normal prices. The one I got was a discontinued model and John Selogy was extremely helpful in showing me features, making sure I knew of any flaws in the stove (none), giving me a cord and following up with a call to see if I liked it. He also loaded it in my van. Very nice, and I LOVE the stove.

Ken Potter, our salesman, was fantastic. He did a lot of research for me simply over the phone, responded to my emails promptly, and was willing to do a lot of footwork for me even though he'd never met me and was unsure whether I would actually end up making a purchase. He even stayed late the day we came down to make the purchase, even though he had a barbecue to attend! What a great guy! I can't say enough about his helpfulness, and we've been very happy with the appliances we bought. Only wish it didn't cost $200 to install the dishwasher -- ouch!

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN NEGATIVE. PURCHASED APPLIANCES AND AN EXPENSIVE SINK ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS, THE SECOND TIME ONLY BECAUSE THEY STOCKED THE RANGE HOOD I WANTED QUICKLY. WE PICKED UP THE SINK OURSELVES, WEEKS BEFORE THE APPLIANCES WERE DELIVERED. AFTER CONCERNS THAT THE SINK MAY BE A TIGHT FIT FOR OUR INSTALLATION WE ASKED OUR SALESMAN IF WE COULD RETURN IT IN THE BOX AND BUY A SIMILAR, SLIGHTLY SMALLER SINK, A SIMPLE REQUEST, I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT. THE SALESMAN SOUNDED ANGRY TO MY WIFE ON THE PHONE IMPLYING THAT WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE CAREFUL WITH THE MEASUREMENTS. AFTER TALKING WITH THE HIM AND NEARLY CANCELING THE ORDER I DECIDED TO GO AHEAD AFTER A HALF HEARTED APOLOGY. TWO DELIVERED ITEMS WERE NOT IN SHIPPING BOXES AND WHEN I HAD THE DISHWASHER INSTALLED THERE WERE SOME MINOR MISSING ITEMS. BECAUSE OF TIMING ISSUES, SHORT OF DAMAGE, I HAD TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERIES. ALSO, THE INSTALLER THEY RECOMMENDED DID A POOR JOB.
