+ 1 moreI got a great deal on marble tile and wanted to replace my Formica counter. I am VERY, VERY picky. I promise you, I notice every flaw. Loren was responsive, professional and his workmanship far exceeded my expectations. I told him at the time that he should join Angie's List. Very happy to be able to post a review.
Description of Work: LCY took out my Formica countertop and installed a marble tile my kitchen in Richland. I provided the marble tile.

Description of Work: He took my idea of a Japanese style table and benches and created a family treasure! Fine craftsmanship, detailed joinery.. Earlier he duplicated a traditional Shaker step stool, correct in every detail.

+ 0 moreThe work was performed in a timely manner. Workers were courteous, prompt, and professional. We had the deck installed for a wedding and it turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend Loren Yates and LCY Construction.
Description of Work: LCY designed and built a cedar deck, 800 square feet, L-shaped with two gates and lattice base, stairs, and railing.
