It went very well. There were 3 individuals, who worked well together. They promptly completed the job as requested and cleaned up the area afterwards. The business responded well to my request to have it done sooner than later, because I wanted to complete some lawn reconditioning before winter time.

Removed tree from roof and and opened up drive way 12/9/2015 returned 12/11/2015 and cleaned up rest of mess.

We loved it. They came out and really looked over the site and asked questions. Very professional. Really listened and made sure of what we wanted. They then calculated and gave us the estimates before they left! They then scheduled us and even when I changed the dates were so great to work with, were really nice about it and happy to please me. They showed up on time and checked in. Made sure they were accessing my backyard on the correct side and checked to be sure the neighbors were ok with everything (I had to ask them to get permission for them to park in their drive as I have the middle house with no street access to the back). They then walked through with me to be sure they were doing exactly what was on the work order and that it was correct. I then left to watch from the house. They were fast and efficient finishing way before we thought they would. They were respectful of the neighbors and very professional. When working on the trimming/crowning of the Maple and Cedar they checked with me to be sure it was as I wanted. When they were finished, they checked in and went through the site with me to be sure I was happy. Two days later the stump removal team came. Same courteous and professionalism. Walked through, checked in and were as efficient as the other crew. Same great service. Do be sure and ask for what you want exactly when getting the estimate. Easier to eliminate items than add. They will let you know if it is possible to be completed when they come out. For example: I had a tree in the fence. They let me know up front the whole stump might be impossible for them to remove due to cement from the fencing job). Do realize that they do work in the rain, but your job will come before and after others. So they may schedule you for one day, but have to regretfully change it due to a prior job. And remember. Whomever comes after you has to wait until yours is done. If you add on once they start, your job will push the next one back. So figure out what you want done during the estimate time. We love this tree and stump removal service. We will call them next Spring for out Maple (it has a problem from prior homeowner trimming that will take a few years to fix). We would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

Initial contact by phone message, prompt reply to arrange for estimate. Estimate reasonable so we agreed for mutually convenient time for work. Crew arrived when stated and did - in my opinion - a super job of trimming and caring for my neglected maple trees. Very knowledgeable personnel, I'll likely engage next spring/summer for further review of tree health.

They are very professional and very prompt. They were here when they said they were going to be here. They matched the cost of the other bids that I received.

I waited three weeks to get the estimate and still have not relieved it. I have called to ask for and still nothing.

Everything went very well. I was taken aback when I got the price, but I had enough wood chips to cover most of the open area. So all in all, I came out ahead. There was some issues with communication, but nothing I will complain about. I am very pleased with the service provided and will gladly refer people to this company.

They were careful in their work, which I appreciated because the trees were located 5 feet away from our home! The trees were located on the property line between both sides of neighbors and our property. They worked closely with all owners to ensure safety. They did an excellent job of cleanup when the work was completed. I also liked that that they are a local, family owned business. They were the best price around too! I would recommend that you talk with Kristy for the communications, you will get the most prompt response. I will call them again when I need this type of work completed. They carry insurance and a high bond.

They got someone out quickly to give me an estimate, which I accepted as soon as receiving it. They said they were a few weeks out for work, which would have been nice to know before I took the time to meet them for the estimate, but I accepted and a date was scheduled. Three weeks later, they came out to take a look at the work again and told me they'd be back the next day. Came back and then the machine wasn't working. They said they'd fix it and be back next day. After several days of not hearing I emailed them to see when they'd be back. A week later, still no reply and I emailed again. Haven't heard anything. Super unprofessional and will not be recommending to others.

I would recommend the office that handles his and his wife's business get on the same track because they represent a company and someone who built his company with his family from the ground up should have better representation and people that respect the company enough to follow up on clients so in the event something happens, like it did in the case, the client is fully aware of the situation and not in the dark for a month thinking they were blown off.

They were really quick and efficient with storm clean up. I will use them again in the future if I need to.

They were exemplary, excellent and really quick. The owner of the company made a site visit and he explained everything that he was going to do and he was on site when they did the work and after the work was done, he came back and interacted with me and asked me if I needed something to be done. he was professional. Price was excellent, it's a family-owned company and I just felt that I can trust them.

Ron's was the best price, they were punctual and professional, and completed the work to our satisfaction. We had 8 smaller trees removed by another contractor and they did not chip out the stumps of the trees they removed due to the location of a fence near the site of the trees. Ron's crew used a unique tool to chip out the stumps left by the previous contractor. We would definitely use this company again!

very quick completion. He put ply-wood in front of the sliding glass window to make sure nothing broke the window! Helped move the stump that was unable to be ground down completely, and even though we told him not to worry about cleaning off the patio and sidewalk, he still got out his blower at blew it clean!

It was a good value. They did an excellent job of cleaning up. They were very cooperative and flexible in scheduling. They were very prompt.

My experience with them has been excellent. They are pleasant to work with, are very careful about not doing any damage and do an excellent cleanup. Their price seems to be the best around here. My neighbors have used them as well. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

I got an immediate response from Ron to my first inquiry about the job, and he gave me a fair estimate. I told them I was in no great hurry, and it took several weeks to get scheduled. The job was scheduled for the afternoon of the 18th, and Brice arrived around 2:30 PM. He worked quickly, but was unable to finish the job. He called into the office, then told me he would be here on the 21st to complete the job. He did not come, and I received no call to cancel/reschedule. I called the office on the 22nd and left a message, asking when I was going to be rescheduled - I am still trying to coordinate two other businesses in this yard renovation, and can't proceed until the stumps are ground. Christy called 6 days later to say that Brice would be able to come the next day. He did, and the job was completed on the 29th. The work performed was excellent and price-appropriate, Ron was very professional and straightforward, Brice obviously knows what he's doing, and Christy very pleasant on the phone. The missed second appointment and delayed response to my voicemail were the only faults I found with the experience.

They were good. I know they had a coupon for this service. Everything is too expensive for me but I guess they were okay. I would use their services again in the future.

I have used them a couple of times. I brought them back to do some additional work for me. They had come out when they said they would. They did a good job of pruning a gigantic hedge and cleaned up the mess thoroughly. Their price was exactly what they quoted me. They were not cheap.

Christy from the office called first thing in the morning to confirm the trucks were on their way. A three-man crew arrived on time and got right to it. They took pains to protect my property: for example they erected a temporary plywood fence to keep the stump grinder chips out of our landscaping. I appreciate that they took care to clean up all branches and twigs completely.
