Jeremy just can't keep promises. Nothing is done when he says it will be, sloppy work with zero cleanup, poor to no communication. After discovering a switched outlet his guys installed didn't work, I asked him to fix it. Three different times he promised to do so and no-showed. Finally after several months of this he simply stopped responding. Cost me $630 to have Shocking Difference fix the shoddy work but at least they did it right. Don't be like me, check this guy out at https://secure.lni.wa.gov/verify/ before hiring him for anything. You can see any contractor's violations there. I wish I had checked first.

They got back to us very quickly (I put in my request at 9pm and by 7:15 the next morning, Jeremy was calling me. They were out that afternoon, early in the window they gave us. Ryan was awesome, helpful and answered our questions. Fair prices as well. We are very happy!
