Yerly floor covering

Brian did a great job! He said at fhe start he would have everything completed in 2 days and it was. Tore off the old formica without making a mess, and had the new formica done the first day with the kitchen sink reinstalled, too.. The next day the backsplash (ceramic and glass tile) was up by noon then he came back after lunch and grouted and sealed it all. I'm a particlar person and looked very carefully for any crooked tiles or mis-matched seams and there were none. I highly recommend Brian Yerly if you want quality work at a reasonable price.

Brian was referred to us by our floor installer. He does install floors but does much more. I wanted someone who would do a great job on our back splash and who knew to be careful with our new bamboo floors. The floor installer we used suggested Brian. He is very calm and extremely customer service minded. He wants his customers to be happy. I was very scared to have work done in my kitchen. The walls had just been painted and the floor laid. My husband told me he now wanted a back splash. Had I known that I would have done the back splash first! Brian helped my husband pick out the tile. We did not buy it from him and still he spent time making sure we made a good choice for our new kitchen. My husband came home with several samples that were all wrong and one that was just right. The one that was just right was selected by Brian. He isn't pushy but does let you know what he thinks will look best which I really like. The best work I've had in my home is by contractors that have an opinion based on doing the work for so long and seeing the outcomes. He came to my home on time with everything he needed to do the job. He did his cutting outside and shut the door each time he came in and out which sounds small but it is huge when it's very cold outside. I've had workers who just leave the door open most of the time they are working. Brian was working with glass which takes patience. He did not hurry. He took his time and did it right. He gave me a flat price so he could have rushed and made more money but he didn't. He was very careful not to damage my floor when he took out the range. He only took it out far enough to do his work. He spent time helping me pick out the right grout for our kitchen. Again he had an opinion that was very helpful. He guided me through what would look good and what would not. He guided me through other choices like whether to wrap the tile around our window and where to stop the tile at the cabinets or at the end of the current back splash. We had granite put in by a company the lays the granite right over your current counter so the small back splash needed to stay. He did not rush me and stayed calm. He did not talk too much nor too little. The outcome was amazing! The kitchen looks fantastic. It was a very pleasant experience. He was very good at cleaning up after himself too which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Brian. I put him on Angies list so others can benefit from his professional work.
