See above. I came home from work the following day and discovered a business card from the serviceperson, Mike. No idea I would be visited. Both telephone numbers on the card were disconnected. Called Vincent's. Dispatcher gave me a choice of three diswasher specialists, Mike, Vladimir, and one other, and my choice of days. I told her I didn't care whom, but I needed to schedule for Wednesday afternoon. She said this was no problem and that she would call back to confirm. By Wednesday morning no one had called me, so I called back. She said someone there had cancelled my visit, didn't know who, didn't know why. Tried to set up a service call for that afternoon as I had scheduled to take time off from work. She insisted that only one technician could do the work, and that the only time frame available was between 11 and 1. Tried to explain that this was impossible for me as I could not take more time from work and that I could not be home before 1. Service not available on Saturdays. Could not take more time off from work on this short notice. Dispatcher tried to schedule for another day but by now I was so fed up I found another service provider.
Description of Work: Difficult to get correct telephone number. Number above is disconnected, as are numbers Googled and in telephone book. Correct number is 253-474-2606. Service person came out and was unable to repair my LP dishwasher. Said he wasn't a diswasher person, but a HVAC technician. Promised to consult with dishwasher specialists in the shop and would get back to me.

They came out and found that the motor was dead, so they said they were going to order the part, and then never came back. We called later and found that they still hadn't ordered the parts. So we called someone else to do that for us, and found that what Vincent's had recommended we order was much more than what we needed, and was also the wrong part. We weren't satisfied with their service at all.
Description of Work: They were supposed to fix our refrigerator.

I submitted a service request via their website on a Sunday night asking for an appt. to repair a leak to my refrigerator. By Tuesday morning I had not heard from them so I called. They had no record of my request. They only come to my area once a week, on Tuesdays, so I would have to wait another week for an appointment. I am going to find another company that is more responsive.
Description of Work: My fridge is leaking onto the floor and I need it serviced.

1ST REPAIRMAN SCHEDULED TO SHOW BETWEEN 1-4PM BUT CAME AT 6:30PM. NEXT HERB CAME OUT AS SCHEDULED. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT. OVER A MATTER OF SEVERAL WEEKS WAITING FOR PARTS, SCHEDULING AND RESCHEDULING, I FOUND THE OFFICE PERSONAL SLOW AND DISINTERESTED.
Description of Work: REPAIRED DISHWASHER WHICH DID NOT DRAIN PROPERLY. MISDIAGNOSED AS A FAULTY DRAIN PUMP. PUMP FAILED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. NOW DIAGNOSIS IS A FAULTY TIMER SWITCH. REINSTALLED OLD PUMP AND INSTALLED NEW TIMER MECHANISM. STILL DIDN'T WORK SO DISHWASHER HAD TO BE TAKEN INTO THE SHOP.
