 + -1 moreTHEY DID NOT EXPLAIN WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS VERY WELL. WHEN THEY CAME OUT THE SECOND TIME AND REPLACED THE BOARD IT STILL DID NOT WORK RIGHT AFTER THEY LEFT. THEY THEN REFUSED TO COME BACK AND LOOK AT IT AGAIN.
Description of Work: CAME TO CHECK WHY THE WASHER WAS HAVING AN ERROR CODE. CAME BACK A SECOND TIME AND REPLACED A CONTROL BOARD.

 + -1 moreOUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH VINCENT'S APPLIANCE WAS GOOD. ROY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE PARTS STAFF WERE VERY WILLING TO WORK WITH US TO MAKE SURE THAT OUR STOVE WAS UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME.
Description of Work: THE STOVE TOP WE INSTALLED DURING OUR REMODEL REQUIRED A BACK VENT. THE BACK VENT DIDN'T WORK PROPERLY, SO WE CALLED VINCENTS TO SERVICE IT.

 + -1 moreTHE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY POSITIVE.
Description of Work: WE CALLED VINCENT'S TO REPAIR A DCS WARMING DRAWER THAT HAD MALFUNCTIONED FROM THE TIME IT WAS INSTALLED. THE REPAIRMAN, SEAN GIVENS, TRIED TO REPAIR THE DRAWER TWICE, AND THEN WHEN IT STILL DID NOT WORK, HE FILED THE APPROPRIATE PAPERWORK FOR A REPLACEMENT DRAWER. HE INSTALLED THAT DRAWER AS WELL.
