They were highly professional, on time, very careful with their work (which was a tough job), and honest with what they charged. I felt very comfortable with what they did. I am a vet and received the promised service. Their price was honest and worth every penny. If you plan to hire an electrician it will be worth it for you to give them a call. She answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and called me on the night before to remind me about my appointment. Alex did an excellent job and called me to let me know that he was running a half hour late for my 10:00 a.m. appointment. His quality of work was excellent as if my house project was his own house project. Very friendly and courteous service that exceeded expectations. Thank you for a job well done! I will definitely hire Vets Electric Company again in the future and highly recommend them to my relatives, friends and neighbors.
Description of Work: Installed new power jumper from existing AC outlet on garage ceiling to new Ring hard wired spotlight cam mount over small garage door. Included installing recessed J-box, installing homeowner provided fixture, all hardwiring, all labor, materials and warranty. I also received a 10% senior citizen discount of $39.90.

 + -1 moreJesse was prompt and courteous with a very fair price. They honored their quote more than ninety days after it had technically expired. The delay was our fault. John and Damien came out to do the work. They communicated very well on arrival times and delays (about 5 minutes due to traffic). They are very knowledgeable and show a very close working relationship. The work was done quickly and on time with excellent workmanship. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing electrical service. Looking forward to working with them on future projects.
Description of Work: Replace 1970s electric panel and install 3 new circuits with outlets, lights and switches in a basement family room remodel.

 + -1 moreThey restored power. However, they damaged our headboard. The two workers had to pull it out, in order to check the two outlets behind the headboard. I did hear a crack. But, I failed to check it while they were still on site. I have since called the company to report the incident. I am currently waiting for a call back.
Description of Work: They had to fix the outlets in the master bedroom that was not getting power.

Description of Work: 2 jobs were performed. First, none of the outlets were functioning in the kitchen - Kevin was more than thorough, found the problem and quickly fixed it. Second, an additional light was installed in the kitchen - Kevin ran into some problems with the existing light that he needed to tie into, but was able to make things work and finished the job! Met my expectations and then some!

 + -1 moreVets Electric provided a competitive bid for our 1927 knob and tube replacement. After getting bids from about five other places, I decided to go with Jesse and his team because of cost, timeframe and professionalism. Jesse was familiar with older homes, was thorough with his estimate and the office staff was prompt in communication. Our job took about 1 week to complete, the crew showed up on time everday and always contacted me before making any changes to the original plan. Jesses crew is very good at working with lathe and plaster. It is very easy to make a giant mess when cutting into it. They cut small holes, and there was no damage to the plaster surrounding the holes. This has made our patch job go significantly faster. Lastly, we needed one more circuit put in after the job was complete. The office responded quickly and the crew was out to do the work promptly. I would work with them again and/or recommend them to others, especially if you have an older home.
Description of Work: Knob and tube replacement.

Description of Work: Vet's Electric was an AMAZING company to go through.....I received EXCELLANT service and they took there time to make sure EVERYTHING was up to code in our home.......Vet's Electric also had an Inspector from Tacoma Public Utilities come out to inspect their work to make sure everything was done correctly and if it wasn't, Vet's would come back out and fix any issue, FREE of charge. There were NOT anything that was completed INCORRECTLY! Our home passed inspection with flying colors! We were very pleased with Jesse and his crew member and their service! They were on time and very NICE to work with and they did the best they could to stay out of our way as much as possible:) Jesse gave me a bid and after we took a few things off as they were items that my boyfriend could handle, Vet's resent me a new bid and stuck to their word on the bid. We were not asked for a penny more! Both Jesse and his crew member were SUPER nice! My parents were visiting from out of town that weekend, but they still made it comfortable for all of us that were home:-) We will definitely be calling Vet's Electric in the NEAR future for some additional electrical work that we need completed on our home! I HIGHLY Recommend Vet's Electric!
