 + -1 moreThe whole experience was delightful! I had used this location many years ago and was not satisfied at all. I thought I would give it another try. I'm so glad that I did! Michael Zeigler is the manager . I didn't realize this until the following day, when he called to make sure that I was satisfied with the service and rental. Thanks Michael...You are excellent in your customer service!
Description of Work: I went online to reserve a truck to haul my fall yard waste to the dump. I was also able to check in online to speed up the process so I could go about my business. When I arrived at the business, I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in the door by Michael Zeigler. The whole process of checking the vehicle for damage and accepting and signing the contract took all but 10 minutes. I felt that Michael demonstrated excellent public relation skills. I would rent from this location again in the future and refer any family or friends to this dealer as well.
