Grwat communication

Tri-state ended up damaging our siding in many places and refused to replace it (their best offer was to cut it to look cleaner). They made a massive mess when they said they would do a thorough inspection. Two months later I am still finding debris and cigarette butts n my yard. Their flashing work was also very sloppy and looks ugly. All of this and they were more expensive than their competitors, so we thought we would get high quality work but they didn?t live up to our expectations.

Met with Chris O. today. He was very helpful, answering all questions and providing detailed information about the roofing product and company service. Looking forward to our new metal interlocking roof!

They came out for an emergency tarp in the pouring rain . Very professional and friendly. Now waiting for them to install new roof .

So far, the customer service has been excellent. Have not received the windows yet so I really do not know if their work quality is acceptable or not!

They did the job right the first time. They were not cheap but this is a roof, cheap is not an option.

He took the necessary time to explain our options and offered us a very fair price. The communication from start to finish was very professional. The installation team was on-time, efficient, and they cleaned up every night. Our roof is beautiful. Best of all, we know the job was done right and the amazing warranty gives us confidence that the roof we purchased will be the last roof we need to install on our forever home. Had contact where I had signed one and wife did not want to pay that amount, then we settled on a different amount and signed that one. Attorney contact 2 years later saying owed them over $1500 more. Scam artists! avoid at all costs liars. They had even rebated $$ to us based on the final contract.

Great no pressure and professional estimate. When the crew showed up they were a very hard working bunch of young men that were very respectful.

Hector was prompt on arriving at the scheduled time and was very professional through the whole process. He answered all my questions and i am very pleased with way he completed our project.

Looks great. Spent great attention to details. They did not damage any plants and cleaned up with great care when finished. The sales- man gave informative information that helped us make the decision to go with TRISTATE ROOFING.

Getting the project done is based on if it rain's or not. The crew that installed it were great and the salesman was very informative.

Made a mess of my yard and inside house when skylights were removed, did not hook up vents and omitted vents on the roof. Had to come back multiple times to get them to finish clean up of yard. I am still finding nails from the re roof in my yard.

Mark & Justin were very professional. They came and took measurements for the windows and made sure that we were aware of the approximate time for the windows to be cut & shipped. They contacted us to inform us that the glass had arrived, and to schedule the day/time of installation. They arrived on time and ready to complete the job. During the whole process, they were friendly and courteous, answering questions about the windows themselves, as well as the process of the work they were doing. Despite a little rain early in the day, they completed the job a little under 2 hours EARLIER than estimated, and unlike other contractors we have had do work for us, they cleaned up after themselves, not even leaving sawdust in my yard. I would highly recommend them for this type of job.

The roofers were good men and did well, I have the impression that they are scheduled hard and that impacted my job, which started late, and pretty much led to me having their trailer parked in front of my garage door for 5 days. The job was scheduled for Monday, they started actually roofing on Friday and finished on Tuesday. The roof looks good, but we ended up picking up 12 roofing nails on our patio, walkway and driveway. Roofing is tough to judge because of the volatile weather and scheduling issues so I can't get to upset, but they seemed less than forthcoming with new information, or any information after the sale was made.

Extremely pleased with my new roof and gutters. Everyone that I interacted with at Tristate was friendly and helpful. The job was completed when they said it would be, and the roofers did a great job cleaning up around my house each day.
