TOPCO PHILLIPPS INC

I liked them a lot because they were friendly, professional, on time and clean. The work they did turned out good. Their company has changed since I moved in here.

I had an excellent outcome with them. They were excellent. The owner himself came out first and explained how they did it and what their process was. He met with us personally and asked what we were interested in. He told us his background. He had the paint swatches so we chose a color. He said first they would do a pressure washing of the property and then they would be back out to do the painting. He said with the paint they use, it is just one coat. It just looks beautiful, like a new house. He said they would have it done in 2 days, which they did. I wanted them to stain our deck and fence and it was great. All of his people were reliable. I never saw them talking on their cellphones when they were supposed to be working; they were working. I was really impressed with them. After they did my house, they also got 3 other homes. All of my neighbors used them as well. I am planning on using them in the winter to paint the interior.

I'm very pleased with him and he's very wonderful to work with. He did a superb job. He came in and gave me a favor because he was recommended by the home association actually. The price is reasonable under circumstances.

When I get the job done, I will probably go with this company. His bid was very precise and detailed. The guy that came out was personable, punctual, and had very good correspondence and communication.

Craig came and he introduced his father and his #1 apprentice, they would be doing the one day job for us. I had dialoged with Craig at least four times, by phone and through emails. I had all sorts of questions and concerns about the popcorn ceiling and what would be best and the most economical approach to make things clean and fresh. Craig was extremely helpful and patient with all my repeat questions. We made a date to get the job done. Craig was right on time with his father and #1 young man. They came fully loaded with paint, sprayer, rolls of plastic and buckets and masking tape. My husband and I enjoy meeting and greeting new people, so do our best to make them comfortable with us. It was pleasent to have them accept our offer of a fresh cup of coffee and have a brief conversation. With coffee in hand, they immediately began taping off the back rooms and covering any existing furniture. We didn't have much contact with them for about two hours, they were busy taping, spraying and then removing plastic sheets as they progressed up to the front of the house. As lunch approached, we decided to order pizza from Route 66 in Orting. We shared about 30 minutes for lunch, then back to work. The two guys worked very well together, that's always a nice thing to observe. At the end of the day, the gathering of all the loose ends and the clean up was uneventful, they know their job and they do it very well. We are very pleased with our experience with Craig and his father and their #1 guy. I highly recommend following their instructions concerning the placement of furniture and wall decorations etc...it makes their job run smoothly. I tend to require confirmation on any arrangements that I make for services rendered, with that said I probably talked to Craig numerous times, just to make sure we were together on all the facts and figures. Craig was so very patient with me, I believe he genuinely cares about his company and the services they provide for the community. Craig at Topco was very responsive and professional. We did not pay Topco until the job was completely to our satisfaction. They were happy to come back several times as we saw little things that needed attention, but there were not many. I would absolutely use the Topco team again and also recommend them to friends. Tom was our foreman and he is a really great, experienced painter.
