+ -1 moreI WAS THRILLED THAT THORP'S WAS ABLE TO REPAIR THE DUETTE SHADES. IT INVOLVED REPLACING ONE OF THE STRINGS AND THEY HAD NO PROBLEM REPAIRING IT. THEY DID THIS IN A TIMELY FASHION AS WELL.
Description of Work: WE HAD A DUETTE SHADE REPAIRED. OUR CAT HAD CHEWED THROUGH ONE OF THE STRINGS AND WE WANTED TO REPAIR IT, RATHER THAN REPLACE IT.
