+ -1 moreThis company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Our property manager hired them to install a new dishwasher in our rental. When we moved back into the property 3 months later, we discovered that they had never installed a new dishwasher, even though they had billed us for it. It took them another 2 weeks to install a new one, and it's a different, cheaper one than the one they had charged us for. On top of that, they came by to install it at 8pm at night, and they broke a pipe which partially flooded the kitchen. They promised to come back early the next morning to fix it, but they didn't show until 2:30pm (and that was after I called 4 times inquiring where they were). They offered no apology. Each time I called, the people I spoke with were very rude and offered ridiculous excuses as to why things were taking so long. I cannot urge you enough to look for another company. We had a horrible experience.

+ -1 moreThe answer/response I got from Mike from the Trading Post was very good. After Mike left, I put a warm wet cloth to the frozen area and it began to thaw immediately. It was not long before I was able to dispense water from the unit again.
Description of Work: My refrigerator stopped dispensing water and would not function properly even though I changed the filter and could get ice. I called the Trading Post. I had to leave a message, but they soon called back and came out within 2 days at the appointed time. Mike, the technician carefully checked all the water lines for any kind of blockage. After more inspection, he determined that the internal unit where the water comes through the water dispenser was frozen. He turned off the freezer unit, opened the door to the freezer side and explained that once that area was thawed out I would get water through again.
