+ -1 moreTerrible customer service!!!!! The husband(Joe) fights with his employees. His wife(sarah) is the rudest woman I've ever meet.....i would never recommend their work I'd rather let me grass die!!!!!!

+ -1 moreThe cost depends on how many sprinkler heads they have to fix. They have done services before. They're efficient and they showed up. They actually showed up and the last guys didn't call back. There is nothing really they could improve on. That's the first project, they haven't done any other installation for me.
Description of Work: I go to the Sprinkler Guy for lawn irrigation services. He came out last Wednesday. He repaired the sprinkler heads.

+ -1 moreWe were not happy with the end result. Joe came out twice to do the work, and both times seemed to be in a hurry to get to the next job. We ended up installing new sprinkler heads and lines ourselves. Then, when we got the final bill, I found an error of $100 that we were overcharged. I called and corrected it, but it made me wary.
Description of Work: We purchased a new home with an existing sprinkler system. The system was put in by the previous owner, and was in need of some repairs/upgrades.
