The Painting Specialist

Well. The house painting looks ok but it's been 6 months and the job is not finished. My front door has not been painted and the Awning has not been replaced. He inspected my roof and told me that it did not need to be replaced..just cleaned. He told me that he would make any repairs to the roof that needed to be repaired. He guaranteed it for 3 years. It's leaking already so I contacted him and he totally denied any responsibility for repairing it even though Its All in the contract. He got nasty And called Me crazy and asked if I had taken my meds and told me ... " No wonder your husband left you. " Just totally childish and unresponsible..He and his son smoked pot on all of their breaks. That should have been a major red flag. I would NEVER hire him again or ever refer them to anyone.
