Estimater was here when he said he would be, gave us options, showed samples, took order and scheduled the work. Workman showed up on time, and completed the work professionally. We are very pleased with this company.

the work was completed in four days, the only thing i had problems with , i had painted the interior of the house and with pencils in their back pockets i had ti repaint four walls which was an additional cost which i wasnt expecting

The rep was late for the appointment, we wanted a quote for flooring and countertops. He was very unsure of himself and what he could offer. For example, at first he told me that they could not remove and replace the sink - then later said that they could after I told him that not installing a sink is a deal breaker. He said that he would email me a quote the next day, but he didn't until I reached out to him a day later. Then he only sent me the quote for the floors not the countertops, so I had to ask him for that too. After all that, the quote was $400 higher can another bid. Maybe my experience was an anomaly, but I felt that the service was amateurish and a lot of rookie mistakes. They defiantly did NOT go out of their way to get my business and I told this to the owner so they know, I hope that they can improve their service.

Alex and his team from Tacoma Floors did a wonderful job. I’ m quite pleased. Zina, Deanna was patient and friendly, I came in Friday to select my final color of LVP and on the following Tuesday Silvio with his apprentice arrived. Silvio worked hard removing an extra layer of flooring so its level with the rest of the living space. He also made sure theres no creaks through out the house before installing LVP, carpets in the bedrooms. Clean up was great! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Would give 6 stars if I could. We had an emergency with a large rug and pad that we had obtained from another company. The movers were scheduled to deliver furniture in 6 days so time was of the essence. But the rug/pad were too big and wrinkled from being folded. Enter Alex at Tacoma Floors. I messaged him (through porch.com) last Saturday, and he replied early the next day (Sunday, a day the business is typically closed) and we met on Monday. I'd told him the movers were coming Friday, so it was an emergency, and he not only fit us into their schedule, but also did the job himself efficiently and beautifully. The solution involved cutting the rug and pad to fit around a post along one wall, and when he was done, it was perfect - actually looked like the rug went underneath the post. He also worked very hard to get the 12' x 15' (large) rug and pad placed perfectly, rolling them out several times so as to work out the wrinkles. He had explained from the first that it was not their typical job, but his expertise and talent are evident from the work he did. Also, despite working us in at short notice and doing the job after usual business hours, I believe he did not charge nearly enough for the job (and certainly did not capitalize on the emergency that it presented to us). The expertise, honesty, and professionalism of this company deserve 5+ stars. I (obviously) highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call them for any future flooring needs.

The sales manager Alex came out to measure. At the time I didn’t know his title and just assumed he was the person who took the measurements. He said we could either go to the store in Tacoma or pick out carpet and laminate from another company such as Lowe’s. He said he would send over via email some samples of what they had available. Well, he never called me. I called him and some female answered the phone. He then sent me over 2 pictures and a quote. He sent me two other companies that I could look for carpet and laminate flooring but you couldn’t look at any materials from these websites so it was pointless. I purchased laminate and carpet from Lowe’s and called and told him and it was then that he told me that installation would be more because it was there product! He had never previously said that to me. I complained to Brian there and he basically told me to go to Lowe’s to get them installed! I liked the old Angie where you paid to access the resources because ever since it was basically free, I have been having bad experiences with these so called professionals. Oh, when I was given the jacked up quote for installing the product I thought was fine to purchase from Lowe’s - I had to ask more than once to change the quote. Then Zina wrote in the notes that if I didn’t have all of the materials, I would be charged more.... I was just suppose to provide the carpet and laminate! I would not deal with them at all ( that is my recommendation for others).
