Description of Work: After loking at several other Tacoma-area tile-suppliers to match existing '50's pink tile, these guys went back into the waerehouse and puylled out a box of "flamingo" 4x4 tiles, also matte finish. None of the other tile providers came clsoe! And then, their staff was VERY helpful in advising how to do the project, even assisted in cutting out faucet-holes in a few tiles. Truly wonderful, neighborly service with a great sense of humor to boot! Highly recommended as a source for "do it yourselfers"

Description of Work: Replaced 3 broken ceramic floor tiles and re-grouted floor where needed.

Description of Work: The first job was tile flooring. This involved replacing hardwood floors in kitchen and dining area, linoleum in the laundry room and carpet in front of the patio door, small bathroom, hallway between bathroom and laundry room, landing in front of door to garage and a diagonal pathway from the hallway to the landing between the formal dining area and living room. Kitchen and laundry appliances and the bathroom toilet were moved so that the flooring could be placed. Rodney helped me pick the tile color and pattern which is a great match with the wood cabinets and adjacent carpet. He had a carpet guy come in to cut and re-secure the carpet. He also installed new baseboards around his work next to cabinets and painted walls. The second job was the patio. Rodney and his worker first added 30 sq ft to the concrete patio. I wanted a slate finish and we picked iron mountain flagstone. We bought 1 crate that weighed 4,100 pounds. They laid out the larger pieces and then grouted them in. They then broke larger pieces into smaller ones to fill in the large grout areas with stone. The stone and grout areas create a very attractive pattern. They used a color enhancer and sealer to bring out the dark color of the stone. Enough stone left over created a nice walking path in a graveled area beside my house. Then they repaired the yard. They moved and replaced a lawn sprinkler adjacent to the expanded patio. They raised the yard next to the patio with topsoil and planted lawn seed.

Description of Work: We had our upstairs bathrooms torn apart and completely remodeled including wall tile. Also we had tile put down in the front entrance.
