Strong Foundations Home Inspection

Isaac did a great job inspecting our new construction home and found several things that we wouldn’t have found until after our warranty was up. One was nails poking through several spots in our roof as well as some cracked shingles. Which could have been a big issue in the future.

Isaac was the best and most thorough home inspector we have ever used. When we showed up at the house, he had already been there for about an hour looking around the neighborhood at the exterior of other homes to analyze the quality of the siding and roof of our home and the entire neighborhood in general. I found that to be useful information. He was very technical with his inspection, but helped me to understand all the things he was checking for. He explained things in great detail and allowed me to walk with him through the entire house and ask questions. The final report was just as quality as the walk-through. Will definitely use Isaac on our next house!

I originally contacted Strong Foundations to check the integrity of the house foundation for root or water damage. Since I've been in this house 15 years I decided to go ahead and do a full home inspection instead. The inspection was thorough and professional, of a much higher quality than I've experienced in the past. Response to booking request was quick and flexible. Within 24 hours of the inspection I received an 87 page report with photos and maintenance recommendations. I passed on his contact info to friends that are house hunting and they say he has saved them from two potentially disastrous purchases and are very grateful I shared this great resource with them.

Issac was amazing, we needed a home inspection with a tight window and Issac was able to complete our home inspection. I was worried with the short notice of the inspection that the quality of the inspection was going to be compromised, however, my worries were quickly erased. Issac is very meticulous finding small areas of wear on the house that could have turned into big problems down the road. There is no doubt Issac saved us money in the future and has given us peace of mind moving into our new home.

He discounted his full inspection rate because we did not need the detailed report he would provide for a pre-purchase inspection; nonetheless, his report was very detailed, and he offered recommendations for people who could complete the repairs he recommended. Being a first time home buyer, I didn't know much about what an inspection consists of. Isaac helped make the whole experience a lesson on getting to know my house.
