I'm extremely disappointed with the service. Once a deposit check was given to him at the 1st day of the contract. He started out one machine wash, then started not showing up, excuse after excuse, and constantly asking for more money and for advances. We kept receiving delayed notice in service again, again, and again. He told us there is no money to buy the material as he used our deposit to pay medical bills. He lacked a professional attitude and demeanor. When he texted us that he was in hospital due to a car incident, we later found out he was working in another place at the same date. He told us the house washing is completed, but it is only completed 1/3 of the entire house. We finally have to cancel the contract due to weather has been changed. We asked for a deposit refund, and never received it. There are quite a few negative reviews that talks about his inappropriate behavior. There is only one good review so far but the reviewer is his sister.
