I had a lot if issues with them. They realized that one of the windows was crooked once they put on the siding. They were making the siding crooked to make up for the window being crooked. I told them the window wasn't crooked beforehand. He said that he checked it and it looked straight inside. I didn't believe him so I checked it myself. It was obviously crooked. Their boss came in and confirmed that it was crooked. They had to completely rehang every window. I went around when they weren't there. I checked the work and some of the plywood panels were not nailed in all of the way. I made them redo this. It was one thing after another. I told the boss they forgot to tape the corners before they put the trim on. He asked if I wanted him to do it again in a gruff, pissed off manner. I told him no and that I just wanted them out of there. I called the company and talked to the salesperson. He called them and made them redo it. They kept trying to cut corners and not do things that they said they would do in the original bid.

Every single window was re-hung crooked; they went ahead and wrapped and taped them without checking them. There were some plywood panels that didn't fit properly and weren't nailed all the way in. One plywood panel at the top of a gable was held in by 2 nails and wasn't even nailed all the way in. They went ahead and put house wrap over it anyway. They did a terrible job on the trim around my bay window, the corner pieces of trim were put in angled out leaving a 1 inch gap behind the wood at the corner. They were just too lazy to cut the boards to fit better. They didn't tape 7 corners on the front of my house before putting the trim pieces up (in the bid it says all corners would be taped). I later realized they had ran out of tape so they decided to just slip it past me. When I pointed out that there was no tape on the front 7 corners of my house the boss of the crew reacted angrily asking "well do you want me to re-do them?" They forgot to put a trim piece around my garage door, and didn't caulk 2 of my windows. The flashing above my kitchen window was poorly installed and regular roof to wall flashing was installed where step flashing should be used. A section of siding was put up severely crooked and I had to make them redo it. While they're nice people and act willing to please you have to watch everything they do and make them do everything over if you want it to look right. It's probably too late for me to get them to come back and redo the corner pieces around my bay window since I've already paid them, I just noticed how poorly it was done today. I would not recommend them if you are looking for quality work.
