Its only has been 6 years since the house was built, in my opinion they did very little to satisfy our concerns, very poor quality, Here are some of the mistakes they made. 1) Installed wrong trusses, should have been vaulted ceilings, had to complain to get it correct 2) Installed electrical water heater, should have been a propane hot water heater, had to complain to get it correct 3) Installed a regular bath tub , should have been jetted corner tub, had to complain to get it correct 4) Installed plumbing incorrectly for master bath, . had to complain to get it correct 5) Wanted a built in microwave oven, vented ., never corrected 6) Window issues, the windows frames were warping, they sat at the work sight for 3 months on the ground. 7) The half built house sat for three months with very little work being done. 8) Supervisor of the project very dis respectful to me and my wife and children. always blaming us for talking with the contractors even when we knew they were installing the incorrect products, unable to contact the assigned supervisor. 9) There was never a Walk through on my house as per contract, I had no keys until I complained a year later. 10) My floor creek in several areas when walking 11) My real complaint now is that the siding on my house is literally falling off my house.
