+ -1 moreWe've used them for about 18 months. The treatment has worked out so far average. I tried to get them to tell me what their schedule was but they don't seem to follow through, they just show up. They show up regularly, but they show up on and off. They don't even give me a window, they just show up and do the work and send me the bill.
Description of Work: We've used Sprague for the condor complex for primarily rodent control and insect control.

+ -1 moreSince I hired them, I haven't had any additional outbreaks and they're very thorough. I really don't have a lot of experience with the price because I haven't used anybody else. I haven't had to call them back and I never had to wait on them basically. I will use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreWE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH SPRAGUE. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, HELPFUL AND CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY. THEY FIT US INTO THEIR SCHEDULE EVEN THOUGHT IT WAS A SMALL JOB. THE PERSON WHO CAME OUT WAS VERY NICE. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE DID AND WHAT WE COULD DO IN THE FUTURE TO AVOID CALLING A PEST CONTROL SERVICE EACH TIME WE SAW THE ANTS.
Description of Work: WE USED SPRAGUE TO SPRAY OUR HOUSE FOR CARPENTER ANTS THAT WERE COMING FROM THE ABANDONED HOUSE NEXT DOOR & TRYING TO NEST IN OUR SIDING.
