Wow! These guys are the greatest! I had next morning service scheduled. They arrived on time. Located the long lost clean out next to the house. Worked the clog. In a hour the were celebrating a successful clog removal. Sometime in the distant past a person was flushing cleaning or baby wipes. These do not break down and will clog the sewer line. The Clog Whisperer ran a camera down the line and verified we had a good line without breaks. Again another celebration ensued. I love these guys! I will not hesitate to call them again.

They inspected it to see what the problem was. They were able to tell me what to do to keep the drain cleared. They provide excellent service. I've used this service for 30 years. I've used them for many, many jobs over the years. They are always on time and do an awesome job. They do quality work and are all-around nice guys. I wouldn't use anyone else; I've recommended them to others.

Craig De Vivo and Justin showed up at promptly 2 pm.They investigated the problem and found my sewer line needed to be snaked. They took care of the job and gave me a few suggestions. I really appreciate the work they both did and will definitely call again in the future. Thank you!

Spartan Services was professional and priced reasonably. Brian S came out on time, calling about 20 min before that he was on his way. He explained the hourly rate etc beforehand and was very comfortable explaining what he was finding as he was working. (I have had this shower fixed twice in the last 7 years, by 2 different other companies, and it was still leaking!) With skill and considerable extra effort, he was able to loosen the seat deep in the cold water valve, which is the one that has been leaking. My guess is the 2 previous providers did not attempt to get this out when it resisted and so never fixed the problem fully. Now I feel it is *fixed*!! Brian explained to me how to not stress my washers by shutting off the valves using just a thumb and finger, not overtightening them. Highly recommend Brian S and Spartan. Excellent work done quickly and very personable. The $210 includes 10% Angie's List discount, parts and labor.

It went well although I ended up having an issue with a bent pipe so instead of doing an inspection they leaned towards fixing my issue once they found it. I paid a little extra for some additional stuff and they had to replace a pipe and they had to open up the septic tank only to find out that the pipe as damaged. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The job took about an hour and a half. I would tell others that they were helpful and they accredited the cost of the deal which was for the inspection towards fixing the problem with my drain.

Initially, Todd Jorgenson (the plumber) called to see if he could help me remove the old heating elements because I did not have the right tools. He came over and tried to remove the upper heating element, and it would not budge. He said the water level had fallen enough to leave the element out of the water, so it burned out and welded the nut of the heating element to the water heater's metal surface. NOTE: the local water district had done some work on the main water lines while were out of town. When we got back there was only air in all of the house water lines....cold and hot. So, I hired Todd to replace the water heater and the work described above. Because he had another job to do near where he would pick up the new heater, he said he would be back to complete our work in 2 hours. He arrived at our place at 5PM and commenced to get the work done. He worked straight through until around 8PM. I watched him do some of the work and also had some really great conversations with him, including him explaining what all he was doing while I was there...learned a lot, by the way. Let me say this....he is the most "gifted" and hard-working plumber I have ever hired. The guy is truly awesome. His attention to detail and persistence at solving problems was a joy to watch! I will definitely go to Spartan Plumbing for other work....as long as Todd does the work! He finally left at about 8:30PM with all of the work completed satisfactorily. I understand he was "on call" that evening....hopefully he got a well-deserved rest. PS....the thing I really like about Todd is his sincere desire to do the best for his customer....a rare attitude in far too many venues.

I was standing in front of the kitchen sink and saw a water puddle growing on the floor. I called Spartan and they had someone over before the estimated time. Spartan is the only plumbing company I use.

The staff at Spartan Services are absolutely wonderful. Everyone was polite, extremely helpful, and super professional. My sewer got backed up, and normally I can clear it myself with my home depot plumbing snake. It didn't work as it normally does, when run down the clean out value, so I ran it down a drain that I never should have and it got stuck, (In my defense I was sick at the time, lol). One thing I really appreciated was, the guys who came out did not say or do anything to make me feel stupid about that. They tried really hard to get the snake un-stuck, but it was caught tight, (on a back flow value we found out later.) Eventually they had to jack hammer up the concrete laundry room floor, dig it out of the pipes, and then patch the floor. They came out several times to the house, and I really expected to have a much, much bigger bill. They gave me a great deal, and did a really great job. I highly recommend this company, they are professional, honest and fair, and do great work.

We are grateful for their help. Mark was smart about the problem, and worked diligently to solve it. A clogged sewer line is a real problem with a house full of guests. I think we all did the best we could with it and it was good for everyone that Spartan was there to help us. However, with every situation there are drawbacks. Spartan fielded someone to us first who wasn't up to the job. The nice thing is that they responded superbly when I called. I like it when people try to make it work well for us, and they did.

On Saturday night the sewer backed up into the basement of my home. Fortunately, the problem was noticed right away before extensive damage or cleaning was required. The local utility recommended contacting a plumber. I made a call to Spartan plumbing and within 25 minutes the plumber, Jeff Johnson, was at my home assessing the problem. Less than 90 minutes later the problem was resolved. Even better, there was no extra charge for the emergency/after hours service call. The service was excellent and I would definitely use this company again.

We woke up on a Saturday morning with our sewer line backup up and flooding our basement... Not a great way to start your weekend, but we needed to get it fixed ASAP, called Spartan at 7am and someone answered!! Within 2 hours Mark showed up at our house and got to work. This guy is the freak'n sh*t!! He said, "this one's tough, but I always win!"... We'll he didn't win it this day, because the water jetting job is a two man gig and he was the only guy on call. So we scheduled for him to come out and water jet the line first thing Monday morning. He didn't charge us a dime for his work on Saturday morning and wouldn't even take a tip from me! Mark and his buddy showed up Monday morning at 8am and had my drain cleared in 20 minutes!! These guys are the best in town and I will definitely be using them, if ever needed again, which I hope we dont!! I will refer them to all of my friends and family if anyone ever needs a good, quality, professional plumbing service! Thank you so much Spartan! Mark made good out of a bad situation and we are so thankful to have found them!

Mason McCleary, General Manager for Spartan Services Inc was prompt and on time to do the repairs. It didn't take him long and he cleaned up the area once the work was completed. Their price seemed high but I went a head and got the work completed. I am very pleased with their services and I am very sure I will use them again if needed. Very professional.

It went great! I contacted SPARTAN over the weekend via e-mail. I picked 3 dates and I was contacted almost immediately. On the set date and time Todd arrived and went right to observing the problem. Todd's demeanor let me know he was confident to fix it. I asked about the cost, and it was in line with others quotes , although SPARTAN had no special offers at that time. I decided to have Todd fix it, his confidence made me comfortable. The work was a bit more detailed then first expected, those things happen. So here it is a rainy day and Todd has to crawl under the house, God bless any man that crawls under the house ESPECIALLY on a rainy day. Turns out the connection was under the sink. Todd said he had a feeling that it might be there, but under the house he went ! He also let me know that there was a rodent in the trap YIKES! I feel that I got more than my moneys worth and more, Thank you Todd, you are AWESOME ! I will definitely was SPARTAN in the future ! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you !

They were excellent. The staff was very friendly and very personable. They knew what they were doing. They were quick and very clean. They were definitely professional.

Service was outstanding from initial contact with office to quality of service at the house. After first having another company unsuccessfully clear the line and tell me it needs to be dug up, I scheduled a second opinion with Spartan. They performed a camera inspection and confirmed the blockage but Craig was extremely patient and professional, and changed equipment until he was able to successfully clear the line. I could not be more pleased with Craig's work and my overall experience with Spartan. Thanks!

The company came out and informed me that I over paid and didn't need to spend that much to get done what needed done. So I paid the company and they told me to just get a refund for the deal. They are a great company.

Called Spartan to replace toilet seal after we noticed water around the base of the toilet. Todd showed up that afternoon and began work immediately after asking about our recent issues with the commode and his examination of the area. He replaced the seal with two seals because of the design of our toilet did not marry well to the drain pipe. Also discovered broken floor bolt, which he replaced.

It was amazing. The plumber came back twice and brought extra equipment when the initial attempt didn't work. He was communicative all the way and very polite and responsive. It was one of the best service experiences I've had. I have an update I must share. I used the service again. While in the field for military training my home had another plumbing problem on the weekend. I was able to set up services over the phone and had the same plumber come through and did an amazing job on a Sunday. My family and I are eternally grateful for his fast response and knowledge. He remembered my house too and was able to tailor the fix to knowing my house's plumbing structure. Thanks!

We contacted Spartan Services for emergency services after normal hours. Their on call person, Jeff, called back within 15 minutes and said he would call when he finished the call he was on. He did and came immediately. He explained his plan, including need to drain water from system using outside faucet, and costs in detail. When he was done, he explained what he had found and what he had done. Jeff was extremely nice and very professional. Before he left, he verified again problem was fixed. Spartan even followed up the next morning to ensure everything was done. You could not ask for better service from an individual or a company. We will definitely use them again and intend to tell everyone about their excellent company.

Satisfied with results and everything else, but I was floored by the charges! Seems a tad high for a faucet repair and quick kitchen installation. Would use again, but only with a firm estimate.

I called yesterday evening when I discovered water leaking from our second floor on to our first floor. The woman at the answering service was very nice, took down my information, and one of their plumbers (Pat) called me in less than two minutes! He offered to come out that night but it was getting late so I asked him to come the following day. He gave me a two hour window (2pm - 4pm) and promptly at 2pm he called to say he was running a little late so wouldn't be there until 2:15. So thoughtful! We have not lived in this house very long so there were a LOT of questions he asked me that I didn't know the answer to, but he was very patient. He originally thought he was going to have to tear out the ceiling to find the leak but after doing a little investigating found the issue and with a VERY simple and inexpensive repair he was on his way. I would call them again in a heartbeat. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Our bath and kitchen water lines were running slow and could not identify the problem. Brian arrived within 1.5 hours of our contacting Spartan was very professional. He quickly and accurately identified the problem and resolved the issue in about one hour. We have used Spartan a couple times in the past and have been more than pleased with them. Be aware their prices have gone up to 150 an hour and I guess the clock starts when they arrive and before they give an estimate.
