Justin was professional and knowledgable about our leaking shower. He was able to repair our shower quickly and went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy with both the solution and the cost. (The previous plumber did not know how to fix it, and so the drippy problem was still driving us crazy.)

Everything went great! They were very punctual. The office sent a picture of the service techs and when they would arrive. Mark unclogged a very "gunk" up drain going over and above to make sure it was clean and draining well. I was careful about what in the garbage disposal and drain, but he educated me on how to better prevent clogs in the future. He had to call Enrique , the plumber, to fix the broken drain. He had to cut apart the drain and repair the broken piece making sure there was no leaks and I was completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend Spartan in the future. I have used other companies, not only did they come in cheaper but didn't try to sell me additional services. Very polite, completely cleaned up everything afterwards. I told several friends what a great experience I had with these professionals.

They arrived on time, were polite, and cleaned up after themselves. The work is quality and my basement looks much better because the new pipes were installed with a more intuitive layout than the originals, an added benefit I did not foresee. I am pleased with the work and would recommend them.

From start to finish Spartan really made me feel secure in my decision. Day one of construction we learned that our initial design was not going to work. The builders and I had to totally rework the design, which meant that the initial estimate from Spartan was not even close to what we needed done. Spartan arrived the next day and assured me the work could still get done in the time frame, returning for a second day later in the week to finish everything. I really appreciate their attentiveness and responsiveness. Justin, Enrique and Valerie have been beyond helpful throughout this entire process. I would highly recommend them for any and all residential plumbing needs. Thank you!

I appreciated they returned my call after I questioned the bill. Please be aware that the "free estimate" is if they do not touch their truck, use a tool or go in a crawl space. They explained that once they use any of these, it becomes a "diagnosis" at a starting rate of $180 to provide a bid to do the work. In their explanation they mentioned a minimum price for "work" of $242 - which is what we were billed. The "work" they performed was providing a bid. Nothing was fixed. Their cost to provide a very expensive bid was actually 22% of the actual work performed by another company. I am pretty sure they didn't want the job. I don't mind paying a reasonable fee for people to come make a bid. Other companies are up front with their flat price to come bid (which I appreciate) and there are other companies who will provide a free estimate and do quality work.

I had a wonderful experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone. Both Kandi and Mark were amazing. They made us feel comfortable and well informed through the whole process. Kandi was a calming voice during a hectic situation. She got a dispatch to our house right away (within 2 hours of the call) and sent us an email with our technicians photo so we knew who was coming. Mark, our technician, went above and beyond to help us and make sure that we were satisfied. Mark came out to unclog our basement bathroom and when he could not unclog the line he found out that the city sewer system was very backed up. He went above and beyond his job title and called Tacoma Environmental Services. He told them what he saw and asked them to come out. They were there within the hour. Mark even asked the crew for a claim form so that we could get reimbursed for our plumber bill because the backup was not our fault. I cant say enough about Mark. He is an all around great guy with a wonderful work ethic. He stuck with us to the end and even said that if the clog was not fixed after the sewer was cleaned out then he would come back and take another look. He asked me to check in with him after the city left to let him know either way. I have never felt so comfortable with someone in my home like I did when Mark was here. I even asked if I could hug him when he left.

Service rep from Spartan arrived at the appointed time. Assessed the job and immediately got to work. He came prepared and finished the job quickly. There was great synergy between the main office and the rep when there was a point of clarify concerning the final bill. No surprises. Job complete. Very satisfied customer who will call them again and recommend to friends.

With a family of 5, getting a fix quick was critical. After call 3 other plumbers and finding no one who could be here on the same day, we got a call back from Spartan. They were extremely helpful and got us an appointment within a couple hours. The service man was professional, helpful and quick. He even showed us how to fix the problem ourselves next time so we didn't need to call for a service call. They were great.

It was quite expensive and it went well. Their prices were good. They quality was good. They were really, really good, all of them. They responded great. They guy came out and gave me a quote and they met the quote. They didn't do anything over. They did all the work. They did it neatly. They didn't make a mess or wreck anything doing it. They did a good job. I give them an overall A, just A's period. I absolutely would use them again.

Very efficient, great communication each step of the way as they encountered multiple quirks and challenges with odd piping in a 90 year old house. Highly recommend and will use them again.

Excellent service and attitude. The plumber on call responded immediately, and gave me some suggestions. I was not able to shut it off, and called him back. He arrived in less than an hour and made the repair.

The office staff was very helpful, professional and were able have a technician at our home within the hour without additional house call or emergency fees. Mark, showed up as promised and assessed the situation quickly. He was very friendly, professional and explained our options and costs depending on what he might find and what resources might be needed to clear the line. Our sewer line had been replaced several years ago so we didn't suspect or expect a root problem however the blockage was due to roots growing just beyond the connection into the county sewer line causing a back up. He used a video camera and was able to film the sewer line and provide us a digital copy of it to further validate the issue. We were very pleased with the service provided and the quick resolution. We will request Mark in the future due to his demeanor and professionalism. Thank you again!

I've used them a couple of times. They did it two times, the first time they used a cutter to auger out. The 2nd time they used a hydro-jet to clean it out. They came out and entered the sewer line through a clean-out and they hydro-jetted and scoped out, ran a camera down the line. He was there on time. I would use them again.

the gentleman was very nice, but he was very overwhelmed with the size of my house, after 30-45 minutes he said the job was too much for him and that he will have to consult other people before, he would commit to do the job

The gentleman came and was very overwhelmed by the actual size of the house, was not willing to hear and find the clean out area despite me telling him that it was located in a very specific area of the house, he wanted to bring a camera to find where the drain area was, forvthis he had to remove a sink in the third floor, then replace the sink connections which he though were about to burst, then dig a hole in the side of the house to create a new clean out site and then fix the sink. Fortunately, I told him that I was not very comfortable with all the information provided and asked him to leave I found someone else and he within five minutes found the old clean out placed the electric sneak and found the issue. This is the second time that we have called them and neither time they have been able to fix the actual issue I will not be calling them for any type of services

Very professional and on time. Very helpful, did only what needed to be done, which ultimately saved me 1/2 the cost. From my experience, I would recommend their services.

Was extremely informative. Craig explained what he was doing and where the clog was located and why it clogged. He was supposed to be there between 1 and 3 PM. He called me at 8:45 AM and asked if he could come early. I said yes and he was there in 10 minutes! With 4 females in the house it was a true blessing!

The 24 hours service operator answered my call promptly and was very nice to work with. She said that she would forward my information to Jeff, who was the on duty repair tech. Jeff called me back immediately; he was working on a problem with another customer that he expected to finish soon & said he would call when he was done and on his way to our home. He called as promised and was very professional. He answered my questions and explained what he was doing and found as he took the toilet off, and also what he did when he put the toilet back and why. He also went into our crawl space to make sure there weren't any other issues (which there weren't, thank goodness). Our crawl space is very dark and he had to go to the farthest end.
