I telephoned the company at 2:15 pm Sunday, September 11th. I was pleasantly surprised when a person answered the phone instead of an answer machine. I told the nice lady that my septic drain field pipe was clogged. She said she would have a technician call me back right away. Again I was pleasantly surprised, when 15 minutes later the technician called. He was pleasant and professional. After listen to my description of the problem, he informed of my options and the costs. I asked him when he could come out and look at the problem. He said he would be there in an hour. Sure enough 55 minutes later, he arrived. He setup his equipment and applied high pressure water to the line (I think he called it hydrajet).. Within 30 minutes my septic line was clear and water was flowing freely into the drain field. As he was writing up my bill, he informed me that I was eligible for a senior discount in addition to the coupon that I had printed out earlier. This was an entirely pleasant experience and an outstanding value. Although it was Sunday, there was no additional charge.

What a nightmare. I had my two grandchildren for eight days and had done a large load of laundry to get them ready to go home (Alaska). I went to the cellar to put the clothes in the dryer and it was flooded. I called Spartan Plumbing and made an appt. for them to come over at 7 pm. I had to take the grand kids to the airport. There was no extra charge for an evening visit. He knew exactly what the problem was and had it up and running in no time. He told me it was a very old sump pump and might have to be replaced soon. Spartan will get the job if and when that happens. He honored the coupon I gave him from Angie's List and was very professionsl.

The plumbers showed up on time, and they were very professional. They went right to work under neath the house, and made sure that we were informed throughout the entire process. They were here for about an hour, and the price charged was less than we expected. Overall we are very pleased with the service that Spartan Plumbing provided and we will use them again in the future.

From the phone call to completion, it was 45 minutes!!! Everybody was very professional. We were told that they would be out between 12 and 1pm (with a call at 11:30) and Craig showed up 10 minutes later. He completed things quickly and without unnecessary cost or procedures. Thanks so much! Would highly recommend!

2 tech's arrived on time actually a little early they were clean courteous I showed them the problem areas, and the crawlspace, they went right to work, fixed the kitchen sink first, then moved on the bath tub, while one worked on the tub the other tech, fixed the p trap on the garage wash tub. They had to leave to get the right part for the tub but were back in 1 hour. All work was done completely and efficiently very satisfied with the work.

Backed up lines caused small flood in basement on the eve of a weekend away. Spartan plumber was called on the morning after from your website on my cell phone as I was out of town. The time window was arranged and contact with dispatch was good. The plumber quickly identified the problem, fixed it, educated me about my plumbing and professionally handled the billing.

They were very pleasant to deal with, and they got everything taken care of.

They were fantastic! We are very happy with their work. They were in and out within one day, which was wonderful. Also, their technician was very helpful and informative.

They were quick to come out, and very pleasant. I decided not to move forward with the project due to cost. That being said, their bid was in the same ballpark as others I received. I think they were being honest with me, and I would feel comfortable hiring them for work in the future.

They are very professional and helpful. In fact, our most recent interaction with them was on a Saturday, and they did not apply any additional cost because of this. I would certainly recommend them to others.

Discovered leak when faucet turned on. Called for service. Repairman available that afternoon although I told them it was not urgent. Received call as he was on the way. Scope of problem was explained. Repair was made.

Don came out Saturday night to evaluate situation. We couldn't find cut-out for sewer line. He came back early Sunday. He found access to line, cleared it out and scoped it with camera. Don was very professional, pleasant. Things are working well now. I will definitely use this company again.

Spartan showed up when they said they would with all the equipment that was going to be needed. This was about 9:00 AM. They kept me informed on everything they were doing. By 2:30 PM they were finished. They had backfilled the cut across and along the side of the driveway with crushed gravel and then hosed down and cleaned everything up. When they presented me with the bill, I was quite surprised because it was about 300.00 under the estimate. I even used them the next day to fix a leaky outdoor faucet. They did good work!

They have lot of ratings and are very well respected on Angieslist. Today I had them come out to do a quick little job. I couldn?t get my water turned off by the meter so that I could do a minor plumbing repair. He came within 10 minutes of me calling. If I would have to wait, it would have been inconvenient for me. They are the only plumbing company that I would

They did a very good job. They were kind of expensive but the replacement part was really expensive to purchase.

Spartan Services is great! I found by basement flooded at 6:00 PM. I had a flight leaving at 1:00 PM the next day. Mark fro Spartan Services rapidly responded to my request for help. He arrived at 7:00 PM and worked very hard for 2.5 hours trying to open the drain. He explained that if there is a sludge build up that the rooter wouldn't work. He returned the next day with a high pressure system which did work to open my drain. It was hard work. Mark stuck with it after others would have given up. And, he was successful. They did not charge me overtime for the emergency after hours response. Their bill was very reasonable, particularly for all effort and equipment used.

I needed to get the hot water to kitchen faucet fixed right away. Tired of boiling water to do dishes. Serviceman came out on Sunday afternoon to fix problem. He was very thorough and very professional and worked on solving my problem without incurring additional expense.

They are extremely expensive and I won?t be using them again. They were professional, but I didn?t realize that their price increased for the second hour or that they would charge me about $4 per mile of gas they used. I thought that was a little ridiculous.

Within less than a day after the plumber replaced the damage water pipe, water did not com out of the kitchen faucet for the dishwasher. Spartan suggested that sediments in the line are plugging it. The Spartan plumber did not flush the lines and said that it was not standard to do so. We were told to remove faucet screens, etc and either it will work or verify that sediment is not the problem. Spartan said that it was not standard procedure to flush the lines after replacing a pipe segment and would not return to fix the secondary problem.

There was some minor scheduling issues but didn't affect us at all. They showed up during the original appointment time instead of my rescheduled request which I had requested 5 minutes after my first conversation with them. They came in, explained the possibilities and possible costs. They replaced our wax ring under the toilet and fixed the cut off valve all under 30 minutes. They were to the point, nice and quick. I couldn't have asked for much better. Everyone I dealt with from the phone and the plumbers was a good experience.

They started to leak soon after. Over charged and under performed. Called in other plumbers to fix it right.

Found leak. Searched Angie's list. Contacted Spartan Services. They came right away and fixed the problem.

Brian quoted time and materials for this job since it wasn't exactly a direct swap-out of the existing tank. He told us exactly what to buy at Home Depot, so that ended up saving a bit on parts. We needed the new tank to have a relief valve on top and for the tank itself to be taller so that we could properly pipe this to an existing outside vent line that wasn't previously hooked up properly. We also wanted a thermal expansion tank to be installed to be up to code, along with an insulation pad on the floor. He showed up right on time and began immediately. Within 20 minutes he realized the old tank was boxed in due to a new furnace that was installed after the existing tank, so the drywall had to be cut in order for it to be removed and the new one put in. In addition the shutoff valve and pipe had to be cut off and replaced which required some additional piping and solder work. Brian was able to work through the challenges with the drywall and shutoff valve without issue. All in all, everything went well and the end result was exactly what I wanted to be done and the new tank works great.
