It went great. The hot water heater was installed and I will call Spartan again if/when I need a plumber. I appreciated Spartan being open and having someone come out on a Saturday. And they were accommodating to my work schedule also. Very nice folks

Their quote was $300 more than two others that I called on. They were not as thorough as other companies with the description of the job they were going to do; they were more mechanical and straightforward. I am not familiar with all those plumbing aspects, although I have done my research so I know some things.

They answered promptly and were available. They were able to come out that same day. The man that they sent out was very professional and fixed the problem in under an hour. He cleaned after himself when he was done.

There answering service didnt notify them about my leak. I had to call back. They chg for fuel and a minimum $130 to show. Was a little shocked at all the charges.

Plumber arrived, diagnosed problems and fixed same.

I couldn't be more pleased. We found Spartan Services on Angie's List and gave them a call. (Our other plumber always used voice mail and would sometimes get back to us at the end of the day or the next day.) Spartan answered on the first call, and had a truck out to our Edgewood rental in a couple of hours. The problem fixed in no time and at a reasonable cost. Happy tenant. I was so pleased, I thought I'd give them a try on a problem rental in Puyallup. I had a problem with an apartment complex surface water drain that backed up into the parking lot. The place was built in 1958 and the drain hadn't been working in years. (We purchased it a year ago.) I had a prior plumber try to solve the problem. Shortly after starting, he said he couldn't fix it and said it would probably require digging up the parking lot and possibly replacing the pipe (Thousands of dollars.) Mark, from Spartan Services, came out, sized up the problem and went to work. He is a real pro and a gentleman. Two hours later, the drain was working with no digging, and saved me a bundle. He also gave me some helpful tips on how to maintain the drain in the future to minimize expensive cleaning. I got the impression that Mark is an honest man with my interest at heart. He said "If everybody had a boss like I do, they'd be happy to come to work every day and they'd make a good living." He said "Other businesses like ours have slowed down. We keep our prices fair and try to do right by the customer, and they come back when they need us." He said "We're a bunch of old guys with decades in the business, so we know how important customer service and repeat business is." Mark is the one I worked with at our downtown Puyallup rental. He is my "Go To" person for plumbing and drain problems now. I know this is a glowing report. But it is true. I've hired some okay plumbers in the past. But they didn't compare to Spartan and Mark in particular. I felt like their goal was to solve my problem at a price that didn't break the bank. I'm a happy camper.

It went very well. They were on time and started right away. Very professional and made sure the drain was working the way it should before they left. It has been working fine ever since. The price was reasonable, less than I thought it would be, plus I had a $20.00 off coupon.

. Excellent overall. Arrived on time, during first portion of two-hour window. Quickly repaired identified issues, gave info on how to handle future issues without having to hire a plumber and asked if there was anything else they could assess or work on while they were here. Have already recommended them and will call again if I need a plumber in the future

Very satisfied. I tried to clean out the drain myself using a rental, but wasn't able to reach to clog. I called Spartan on a Saturday AM. The receptionist was very friendly and said they would have someone out within the hour. The technician arrived within the hour and was able to remove the clog after about 15 minutes of effort. The technician was courteous, professional, and cleaned up after himself. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased overall. Once thing I was a bit disappointed about is that estimate is final price whether or not it takes longer or shorter. This is great if the job ends up taking longer, however, job went quite a bit quicker than estimate, yet I had to pay full price?

Our toilet decided to start leaking around 8pm. When my husband went to shut off the line to the toilet, the whole valve popped off the line, flooding my bathroom and basement. We attempted a quick fix ourselves, but the idiots who had put the lines in had used a product called Shark Bite. It uses non-standard parts, which makes it next to impossible to fix unless you have the kit to do it. We didn't have one. After multiple applications of Mighty Putty, we still had leaks, so called it a night and went to bed, planning to call a plumber in the morning, leaving the water main turned off. I called as soon as I woke up, and Shawn was out here in less than 30 min. He looked at the problem, agreed we hadn't done too badly (yay!), and replaced the line PROPERLY. He was fast, courteous and did exactly what we needed him to. The price was actually a bit less than what I was expecting, which is awesome. He even re-calculated the price when he found out we were Angie's List customer's (there's a $20 coupon!). I will definitely call Spartan again!

I called on Monday afternoon and they scheduled a visit for Tuesday morning between 10am and noon. The plumber arrived at 10:20am. He checked the faulty valve and started to work right away. He removed the old valve and replaced it with a new one. In the process he cut the copper tubing leading to the outside and replaced it with a flexible copper tube. This is an overall better setup than the orginal construction because if the valve ever needs to be repalced again one simply has to unscrew the connections. The plumber left the area just as clean as it was when he arrived. The whole process took about 35 minutes.

Spartan Rooter came out the same day that I called and worked quickly. The lady answering the phone is extremely helpful and friendly. She gives you the name of the worker she is sending so you know who to expect. They offered an Angie's List coupon.I will use them again and suggest them to friends and family.

Had an emergency. They were here in an hour. Found the problem in 10 minutes. Fixed it. Gave great advice for keeping things working.\Highly recommend Mark and the company!

The plumber called that he was going to arrive late and only arrived 10 minutes past the scheduled time. He advised me not to replace the wax seal on one toliet, spent 15 minutes installing a new flapper on another toliet, inspected the shower and explained why he could not fix it with out cutting a 6X4 foot hole in the ajoining room's drywall for acccess. For 20 minutes of work he billed me $163.16 which included a $18 fuel surcharge what ever that means. I felt the price excessive for the limited time involved.
