Description of Work: I had a problem with ants in my house. They came the following day to take care of it. They explained what they would do and how they would treat the problem and that they come back if there were any more problems

+ 0 moreI had a tenant complain of ants that she could not get rid of. Then I found out that they all had ant problems and didn't tell me. Diane's South Coast Exterminating gave me an estimate. They were punctual and courteous. They said they could get rid of the ants and if not they would come back free until the ants were gone if I signed up for a quarterly spray. Since then I have had 2 occasions to call them back, they came on the day I called and now my ant problem is no problem at all. The quarterly price is reasonable and good insurance. Best of all, my tenants are happy.
Description of Work: I have this company come and spray for pests on a quarterly basis.
