Never got back to me. I called their office on 6/27/14. I was told they would get back to me. Still have not heard from them.

They are really good. I've used them for 10 years. They always show up and do a really good job. They are on time. I would absolutely use them again.

The first year they had their most experienced employee come to our house and he spent a fair amount of time with us to explain how the system worked (we were new to the home and irrigation systems). He was very patient with us and helpful. The second year we had a different pair of staff service our system and while professional and quick in the service they provided, their customer service was not quite as high. They did not check in with us if we had any questions not did they seem to account for whether any of the sprinkler heads required directional adjustments; something I ended up doing myself. We have also asked them for quotes on landscaping services and irrigation changes. Their prices tend to be quite high compared with others.

Duane worked with me to figure out just what to do with my back lawn area which, due to tree growth, had become shaded, mossy and was not draining well. We decided to take out the lawn, and install a fire pit and patio area, and some plantings around the circumference. He gave me a quote, I agreed and gave Soundview a down payment. Work was started promptly and the 2-man crew was friendly and professional. They even installed a sani-can outside so that I would not be bothered by the crew needing to use my facilities. Soundview excels in hardscaping (I've used them twice before for another patio and a walkway). Carmello and Lupe arrived on time, cleaned up the yard and driveway each day after finishing, were careful not to hurt my existing lawn as they moved loads of pavers and large rocks to the work area. They consulted me on the size of the fire pit, making sure I was going to be happy with what was on the and quot;blueprintand quot; before installing the large rocks. I have three dogs, one a Pit, and they were both cool with that, and let me know when they were going to use large or noisy equipment so I could get the dogs inside. The fire pit and surrounding patio look really nice and I am looking forward to enjoying it this summer.
