Description of Work: Had water damage from toilet overflow. Did a great job cleaning. The only trouble was they didn't show up one day and no call was made to let us know. The manager was very appologetic and everything else was smooth

Those guys were absolutely a God-send because by the time I called the city and my insurance company and all those other stuffs...because I didn't know what to do. They were here within just a couple of hours. If I would have known what to do I know they wouldn't have been here sooner. But in a four hours later they were here totally done their job. They came back and they put their all machines out. It took about four days. They were very thorough. They were punctual and very knowledgeable. They were professional and went out on their way to help me.
Description of Work: I used the water & smoke damage service of Servpro of Tacoma. They cleaned everything up.
