I used them through my insurance company. They did a fine job but they left the job unfinished. The quality seemed fine. They billed my insurance directly. I was out of town so my insurance company handled it. As far as I know, they were on the scene.
Description of Work: There was a hot water tank leak and Service Master of Federal Way basically came in and removed the damaged property, and dried out the area that was damaged.
