Sears Stores Tacoma Mall

I?ve gone to Sears for tune ups and recently bought a stackable washer dryer at their Black Friday sale at a really good price.

The experience was so bad just trying to schedule that I cancelled the appointment

Most of the discounters at the home centers don?t have a selection of wall ovens on display. Sears is the only one that has a complete selection on display and it?s quite inexpensive. They have good price.

Sears Large Appliance Repair did not call nor even show up for my appointment window of 8am - noon. The did nothing! I had to call them several times and I was told that the technician would call me and that they would message them to call. But never got a call. Then I was told that the technician would show up around 1pm for my appointment morning appointment window and to be patient. I asked to talke to a supervisor, but none are available. Supposedly they will call me in 2 hours, but I'm not holding my breath that will happen. I thought Sears had a good reputation for Service and Repair, but those are sdaly the old days. Do not use Sears Appliance Repair.

You now have to go to Federal Way, that is the closest Sears repair center to Tacoma

The plumber was a little bit late, but I understand that because it was a last minute phone call. He caulked the upstairs bathtub, and I'm not sure if it's necessarily his fault or not, but the water was still able to leak down. I think he should have used more caulking to clog it but I wasn't sure it that was his mistake in the first place.

Afrter calling 5 local independent dealers, Sears was the only one that could fix my fridge (LG). In addition to comments above, repairman was courteous, efficient, and prompt. What more can one ask for?

Sears Stores Tacoma Mall repaired my lawn mower two times and they were good. They send it out somewhere else and brought it back. They explained what the problem was.

They did okay. The actual serviceman that came out was great. The people on the phone I would give a poor grade because they didn't explain the whole problem on the phone and they didn't relay the problem to the servicemen and then he didn't come bring the part that he needed. I don't feel like they did a good job communicating with the actual servicemen.

It was under warranty and I didn't have to pay anything. The first time they didn't show up but they thought they did. So I think that they had gone to the wrong place. Second time they showed up and did a really good job. Actually I wasn't there when they did the job but everything they did was great.

I use them because that is where I bought my appliances. I have had good dealings with Sears throughout the years. My parents used Sears products. When I was looking to buy a new washer and dryer, I priced several other different places. Sears had the best selection, prices, and value. I couldn't go with anyone else. What I got was better than what could get from any of the other places. I had a problem with the door closure on my dryer, and the appliances were still under warranty. It didnt' cost me anything. I would recommend their products.
