Thank you Scott and Phil! Scott was responsive via phone/text. Phil came out and provided a free estimate (others charge), and then emailed the bid that afternoon. The bid was to fix leak and replace old galvanized with ABS and tie into the other drains. Bid was reasonable and in line with other bids. He was professional and was able to start work the next day - so hired him. The job was complete that afternoon. Phil sent photos and of the completed work and I paid via phone. Very easy to work with. They are my go-to plumbers now!

Excellent! I've hired Scott before, he is FANTASTIC! He was responsive via phone and able to assess damage, provide a bid, and begin work right away. He was super busy, given the Christmas holidays, yet he was able to schedule his crew to fix the problem right away! I'll hire him again as he is extremely trustworthy, fair, and easy to work with! He accepts credit card via square payment and is extremely customer service minded.

We called Scott bright and early and he was able to come out and get us a brand new water heater installed same day. He was prompt, professional, and genuinely cared about our needs. He even included an expansion tank and brought everything up to code. When doing his testing he noticed our bathroom faucet had low pressure and changed out a line and wala, the pressure was back! I would recommend Scott and his crew to anyone I know for their plumbing needs!

Marston Marston Marston! What a character. 😄 Such a great guy. Knows what he’s doing. Wish I could hire just him to do all the different types of jobs I needed done. And their prices are so reasonable! He did all the work over 2 days! He even gave me a brand new toilet seat, he just happened to have on his truck, because my new toilet didn’t come with a seat 😄

Work was done timely. I did try to call another plumber for a quote but didn't get a callback. Paid $550 for labor and parts (new Kohler toilet, toilet seat, fitting).

Fast and friendly

Scottco Plumbing made an initial visit and advised me to have some crawl space work done so some of my pipes could more easily be accessed, [see my review for Crawl Space Cleaning Pros]. After they completed their work Scott, from Scottco came out and got all my drains moving this morning. I didn't have a prior appointment with him but called him this morning and to my delight he was here within an hour, and spent over an hour here clearing each drain and getting them to run freely again. It had been several weeks since I've had everything moving around here, so it's a feeling of real luxury to have everything in perfect working order again. He was polite, professional and efficient and I would recommend Scottco Plumbing to anyone who is need of a reliable plumbing professional.

Came later than expected, but being a small shop emergencies do happen. Job finished within the expected time frame. Plumbing part went well. Could have cleaned up better before putting the hot water heater back. Overall good solid service from an honest guy.

We had a clog drain, toilet, shower, sink were not draining, rather backing up. Second time in 15 months. I called several plumbers who wanted to charge trip fees and then come out and bid the job. I called Scott at Scottco, told him the problem and he said he would be over the next day. I asked about a trip fee? he said "What trip fee, don't you want you plumbing fix? No trip fee. He and his associate came on time, investigated the problem in less the 10 minutes. It was a far worse situation then I thought. He was very thorough in explaining the problem. The price was far better then I anticipated from my past experience. The work they did was not a band aid job, they solved the problem. Scott is fast, friendly, knowledgeable, fair and to the point. Problem solved and fixed. I highly recommend Scottco plumbing and will call on him if ever I need help again.

I had a small project, I needed the parts replaced in a leaking toilet. I wasn't sure if I needed a plumber or just a handyman, but despite claims that "no job is too big, no job is too small" the 2 handymen I contacted proved to be a big waste of time. Contacted Scott and set up an appointment for the next day, he came over and completed the repairs in less than an hour. I plan to use his company in the future for any plumbing projects.

I had two very clogged drains. I called Scott at 10am and he promised to show that day as I needed the work done that day. He took care of both drains. super friendly and went straight to work. thanks Scott.

Scottco did an excellent job for me. I have a few small jobs that need to be done and I'm going to call them back. I first contacted a different local plumber who came to my home and committed to getting back to me. I never heard back - even after placing a call to their office. Then I contacted Scott. We scheduled an appointment, he showed up and assessed the job. He gave me a quote and then completed the work in a faster timeframe than the other plumber quoted and for the amount he quoted. The job was done very well and professionally. It was not an easy job - but Scott got creative and found a solution to doing the work without removing the tub.

They came, took a look, dug a little test hole... saw the problem. Dug a bigger hole, took out a bad portion of the pipe. Showed it to us. Replaced it with new tech pipe, filled in the hole, put back the grass sod. Poof! Done, and done!

After some small delays, Scott and his helper did well, over a couple of days.

Scott called in the morning to confirm the time and to ensure he would have the parts with him. He and another plumber arrived on time. They worked quickly and efficiently to correct the problems. They also found another problem that was out of site but needing repair. They fixed this problem too. Both plumbers were friendly and pleasant to work with. The total amount due was reasonable given the parts and labor.

Called Scottco after reading favorable reviews on Angies List. They answered promptly and came over the same day, at the agreed upon time. The job required some trouble shooting, which the two did. They explained what the problem was and quoted a price for their service. Although they had to leave to get the correct parts and found more trouble than they anticipated, the price did not change. Because there was a leak inside the wall, they left a hole in the drywall so that I could use a fan to dry it out. They offered to refer me to someone who could repair the dry wall in a week or two, after everything had dried out.

They were amazing. The technicians that came out were friendly, knowledgeable and came out at 6 a.m. to help me out. I had an appraisal that day, so it was a rush and they were completely accomodating. They brought the unit up to code, replaced the whole water heater, and even took away the old materials. Definitely write down this number and give him a call for you plumbing needs.

We were given the option to buy our own disposal so paid for installation. This allowed us to do research and get a great price for the disposal. The owner was very responsive to all our request which includes other estimates which are pending. They arrived on time and completed the work timely.

Scott was not able to keep the appointment and sent an employee in his place. His employee came into my home, looked at my heater and then glanced at my fireplace. He did not take any measurements or go under the house where the pipe would be installed. He was in my home for five minutes, and went out to his truck and returned with an estimate that is 3 times higher than the nearest bid. I would not recommend using this company unless you want to pay an excessive, inflated price for the work.

I called to get an estimate for fixing a pipe and fixing a dripping faucet. Scott came right out and gave me a free estimate and tightened the shower handle. He did not charge me which was nice and his bid for the work was good. No high pressure sale so I called him later to give him the job and to let him know the faucet was dripping again. He said he would be right over to fix it but he never showed so I emailed him that night and he replied that he would fix it ASAP. 3 days later no show,no call so I cancelled the repipe I was going to have him do in October since I want a company that shows up and I can't have my tenants waiting around. It is too bad because Scott is a really nice guy and his prices are good.

Very well scott moved the air pipe and did a very thorough and clean job.
